I was recommended to Santos Auto Body by my landlord after my truck was damaged by a tow company. As my truck is my lifeline to work I was worried about how long it would take, and how to go about getting a rental. After meeting with Ron for the first time, I knew I was going to be in good hands. He told me how long it would take, and insisted that he didn't want to rush the job, so that he could do the job right. Was it ever worth it. They did an amazing job, and you would never know that there was damage to my truck. They even cleaned the entire truck inside and outside before I came to pick it up. In addition, he gave me the number of a rental car agency that would drop the rental car off for me at the shop, then when I was done I dropped the rental car at the shop and hopped in my truck and drove off. No having to go to the rental office or anything. If I ever need body work again, I will be going back to these guys. I can't recommend them enough. read more

My daughter had an issue with her car trunk not closing well, it was Friday at 4:30. Ron, the owner and the employees(Butch?) came around and worked to close the trunk until they could order a new hinge. I was impressed that they just did it right there and didn't say, "call next week and make an appt.". So when my car was hit, I naturally thought of bringing it there to be fixed. I had my 2010 Nissan Murano repaired by Santos Auto on 1/2019. Santos Auto worked with Mapfree to get a good estimate for repairs and find parts to stay with in repair costs. The shop did a terrific job and even touched up a bad painting spot from a previous repair shop. The owner even went above and beyond to get me a rental car for time in the shop. Don't bother going anywhere else. Ron and his staff do an excellent job and my car was ready sooner than expected. He even fixed damage to the front of my vehicle, which was not part of my accident and did not charge me. My car was spotless and they even cleaned out the inside of my car (no small task).
