Jim had my vehicle for two days, compared to the eight days required by said nearby competitor. Jim was personable, explained what he'd be doing to fix the issue, and provided a very reasonable estimate. Apprehensive at first, because as a consumer, in my mind, I assumed the work would be subpar at that price. But Jim was honest about the work, and the reason it would cost more at other body shops (When you go to him for a repair not covered by insurance, he'll tell you why). The finished work was beautiful....and on time, as promised!. No hidden costs or unexpected delays. My summation: Jim is an honest, professional, and personable businessman. He clearly has pride in his work, and I'd have to say; he's one classy dude! No wonder he's been in business for so long. Thank you Jim.

Jim stopped what he was doing to come out and talk to us and look at the car. The "extra" piece of car we brought with us (thinking it fell off at the accident scene) he told us was not from our car. The hood that I could not open, he opened, adjusted and said it was just fine (another shop said it "could" cost $700 to fix the hood) After spending 15 minutes with us Jim told us not to worry about the basic plastic (we could try to snap it in or just take it off) and that the car was just fine to drive. Went there for an oil change and to check out if I have any issues with my car, since I have an engine check light. The professionalism wasn't there, wanted to give me some average oil even though my car requires best oil, which I personally had to tell them. Then told me nothing about the engine. Speed: Took 1.5/2 hours to get the oil that I wanted and change it. Value: Terrible, paid $220 for an oil change, where I can go and spend $250 at the professional shop, with all the original parts. Overall: Very disappointing, do not recommend.
