They not only took care of me, my car and the issues, but they even went above board in fixing an alignment issue with the undercarriage at no extra cost!!! I was beyond grateful for their ordering the parts I needed, fixing the issues, and doing it for a price which was manageable. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I was let go from the job.... but at least I have car working, the A/C is working, the bumper and fender are fixed, and the windshield wiper receptacle. It was an employee who no longer works there. He reimbursed me for the parts and talked about his business model and how important customer satisfaction is to him. I feel like my part in this was that I didn't verify who I was speaking to and didn't ask enough questions. This was really weighing on me- and I truly worried about losing my bumper. I feel like that is not going to happen and feel relieved that this is resolved. I would feel comfortable recommending this shop, and would use it,(hopefully I won't need bodywork), in the future.
