I live nearby & I love supporting small businesses. So, when my uncle passed, I didn't hesitate to give this small business a try. I ordered the $200 seasonal mix to have delivered for the funeral. Since it was a seasonal mix, I was unsure of how the final arrangement would look. I trusted for $200 it would be full of flowers. I requested two favors of the florist : 1. Please send me a picture of the final arrangement so I know what I paid for. 2. Please let me know once the flowers get delivered to my aunt so I know she got them. Neither one of my favors were done for me. I had to call three days later and ask if they were delivered. "Oh, yes, they were delivered yesterday", he said. I finally DID get a picture of the flowers, but not from the florist. I got the picture from my aunt. The arrangement was sparse and not worthy of $200. Needless to say me and my sisters were disappointed in Sapphire Florist. I will not be ordering from them again. Sorry.

Absolutely loved working with Alyssa for my wedding in June 2025 at the Christmas House. She really brought my vision for wedding flowers to life! I got my dream bouquet and my bridesmaids loved their bouquets. Both myself and some of my bridesmaids dried and kept them! I really appreciated that she listened to what I wanted and helped me consider cost. We also got a ton of compliments on the centerpieces and everyone wanted to take them home! I loved our gazebo piece and I loved that we could repurpose it for our sweetheart table and the next day. The flowers were fresh and stunning. I also loved the toss bouquet and mothers' appreciation bouquets. We did have a slight miscommunication at a time for one of our pre wedding meetings, however Alyssa straightened it out quickly and gave me a lovely centerpiece sample which I thought was very kind and professional. Use them for your next wedding!

The flower arrangement that I had delivered to my friend was gorgeous! It even looked better than the website photo. Well worth the price.

It was my MIL's 60th birthday and we needed to get a bouquet last minute since we don't live in town. We were able to get an order in day of on a weekend in under an hour for $160. The florist was able to incorporate lotto tickets into the bouquet but still kept it looking classy and not tacky. My MIL loved it and everyone complimented on how beautiful the bouquet was. The flowers kept fresh even a week later!

I've Ben coming here for about a year now and everytime they put something together for me it's beyond perfect. They are always on time, accommodating and super nice. I came on Valentine's Day with a preorder and they still helped me out when I added another bouquet, despite being very busy.

I tried to order online and was having problems. So I called and they were very friendly and the order was completed with no problems. I was able to see the fi wished product are the memorial service and it was beautiful, even more beautiful than the picture online. Every time I come here it's an absolute delight, but as I've been making more frequent stops, I feel it's only right to give a proper acknowledgment to one of my favourite pieces of this shop by far. Juan is an absolute gem as he is always helpful when it comes to suggestions, knowledge, and overall optimism whenever I am detailing my need for flowers. I have been an active customer of this shop ever since I found out about it around 4 years ago, but truly, it's the employees that keep me coming back! Kind, genuine owner/florist who always makes sure her customers are taken care of, order clarifications, and last minute adjustments from staff to ensure great service to their customers. My husband and I drove by this flower shop all the time since it's on the way home. I finally decided to browse on their website because I wanted a pop of color for our kitchen. Due to being stuck at home during a pandemic, I wanted something nice for the house and decided to splurge on something for myself. While browsing their website, I totally fell in love with the Sapphire Special. Because it's nearing Christmas time, I asked if they could change the color scheme and they totally could!! Without a doubt the BEST florist there is -- Alyssa is thoughtful, intentional, and wildly talented. Every arrangement I've ever received is absolutely stunning. My boyfriend orders flowers from here for me once a month, and every month they are unique, different, even themed. Not only does Alyssa listen to what ideas you have in mind, but she adds her own personal touch and brings those ideas to life. She even remembers what my favorite flowers are and adds them to the arrangements whenever she can. And on the rare occasion that Alyssa isn't there, her team is just as wonderful!! My girlfriend and her family are currently out of the country because their grandmother passed away this past Friday. The entire family had to leave suddenly, which meant her nephew, who was graduating today, and his 21 year old sister stayed behind alone. To make things even more emotional, their mother passed away from cancer three years ago. I volunteered to take him to his graduation so he would still have someone there supporting him on such an important day. When I arrived at Archibald Flowers, they were extremely busy because of graduation season. I gave them my friend's name, but they initially could not find the order. Eventually they located it and brought out a beautiful white lei. I placed it in the car, and just as I was about to leave, one of the employees came outside and explained they had accidentally given me the wrong one and that my friend had actually ordered the Bombay lei. I opened the trunk, and the employee kindly told me I could choose whichever one I preferred. I asked if there was a price difference, and at that moment, who I believe was the owner came outside. I told her I simply wanted whichever lei had originally been ordered. She then smiled and said, "You know what, for the confusion, just take both." I was honestly taken aback. I asked if she was sure, and she said yes. I thanked her deeply. What she did not know is how much this meant to this young man and his family during such a difficult and emotional time. When I later called my girlfriend to tell her what happened, she became emotional and said, "I think that was my sister sending a gift," referring to her late sister. To the beautiful salt and pepper haired woman who helped us today, thank you for your generosity and kindness. You may never fully know how meaningful your gesture was for this family. In a world where people are often rushed and distracted, your compassion stood out in such a powerful way. We will absolutely continue purchasing flowers from Archibald Flowers. I received an email on Jan 19 that the flowers had been delivered. When I arrived to the funeral home on the day of the funeral, the flowers had not been delivered. I immediately contacted Avas and was connected to their "bot" system. I stated my flowers were not delivered and for the next 10 days, played a merry go round chase with their automated system and bots. No human interaction at all, except for the two voicemails left with invaild phone numbers. I received about 8 emails saying they had tried to contact me even though they had only contacted me two times, both times when I had my "Focus" on my phone. I finally got feedback last week, with the promise to refund me for both orders. My heartache was that these flowers did not get delivered for my dad's funeral and this played heavily during an emotional time. I gave them 2 stars only because they did promise a refund.

I live on the East Coast and found Sapphire Florist based on the reviews. I worked for a florist for a short time and know the art and work that go into these arrangements. I have ordered from Sapphire 3 times in the past year for memorial services (unfortunately) for family in the area. Each time I had a small special request to make the arrangements specific for the family and each time they worked with me and made the arrangements beautiful, unique, and special.
