Going through the loss of a family member was already hard enough, and Tim made it easy to discuss what I wanted for the floral arrangement and was very direct in his responses to me, which I appreciated a lot in a moment where I was already thinking about so many other things. I had requested 2 custom sprays that worked with my budget and the final result was even better than I could imagine. They were able to deliver the flowers all the way to Colton Funeral Home in Colton, where my dad's service was being held. Additionally, the weekend staff at the flower shop and the delivery driver were also extremely nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend calling on the phone or going in person to customize your arrangement because they were very easy to work with.
