I live out of state, And had purchased some flowers for my boyfriends mom, for Mother's Day. I originally had them set for pick up. But it didn't go as planned. Its hard to place trust in companies when ordering on-line and trying to use pictures as a guide. But , yesterday I browesd the internet for a local florist for my wifes birthday to send her an arrangement. I decided on an arrangement and trusted that the final delivered bouquet would somewhat be like the picture. Then this moring the florist calls to inform me that 3 of the normally used items are unavailable and that she had replacements here's that Trust ' issue . I agreed to the replacements and the bouquet was delivered , I think its beautifully done and better than the original picture. Very disappointed with the flower arrangement. It was a nice bouquet of flowers but not at all what I was expecting for what I paid for them. It's much smaller with very simple and common flowers. At the end of the day the flowers did the job to make someone else smile. read more

Was pretty bummed out with the flowers that my friend received from us for her birthday. I specifically ordered the premium flowers for her since this was a big bday for her and what she got was nothing like the picture I ordered from online. We payed a good amount for these and love to support small businesses but when you get something that doesn't match the description that's pretty awful. This place is amazing. We bought flowers on a corporate credit card in Jan 2020. It's now Sept 22, 2020 and we were reconciling receipts for our accounting team, and could not find this one. Went here for a Corsage and boutonniere for my daughter's senior prom. The customer service was awesome but I didn't care for the outcome of either flower! Highly over priced for the very small corsage we received and the boutonniere was just ok! I wish I would have went with Ralph's or Stater Bros like I had started to in the beginning! Walked in looking for gerber Daisies for my friend in the hospital who just had a near death accident. I told her I wanted 2 dozen of them since the premAde 50 dollar arrangements only had 2 in them. I requested a simple arrangement of just those two dozen with some babies breath. TOO COMPLICATED FOR HER TO Fullfill. She said that would be a wholesale order for me to purchase that many daisies at once. I told her to name her price. That's what my friend likes. The lady there then recommended I look through her catalogue of bouquets she could make. I wasn't going to pay 60 dollars for a basic arrangement that I can get at staters for 20 bucks plus whatever the vase costs. I did exactly that. Drove down to the stater brothers down the street, cleaned them out of every bouquet they had with daisies and Frankensteined my own for under 80 bucks. Store owners, If you are reading this, stop wasting your money on a store front on prime real estate, it's clear your customer service sucks and the bulk of orders are online. Then the rep was completely rude when I called regarding the mistake. She accused me of the mistake, wtf! I understand that mistakes happen, but this lady started out with blaming me. I went online to order flowers for a friend on her birthday... i paid a pretty penny and when i received a picture of what my friend received.. lets just say i was better off buying flowers on the side of the road.. the chintzy bouquet (if it weren't so upsetting i would laugh at using that word!) it was so bare i think it broke down to 14 dollars a flower. really? i used the FTD website to find a florist near my friends work.. big mistake.. now i have 2 bones to pick.. one with FTD because with their reputation they need to screen whomever they do business with.. and also the cheapflowers florist that took the order and delivered ..... Here's where it gets better... when i called FTD to complain.. they must have called the florist who in turn called my friend to tell her they would take back the flowers and refund the money!!! Who does that! hello ... this was a gift.. how stupid are you? how are you even in business?? do you know how embarrased i was.. my friend called me , again its her birthday, a day in which you are supposed to feel special!!! she was upset asking what should she do. HORRIBLE! Purchased a sympathy bouquet. Spent $224 and nine of the flowers were dead in less than 24 hours and their explanation: They are funeral flowers and those generally die within a day.
