Another employee snapped at me, "No, you don't sit, you got gel," and physically pushed me away from the chair. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. To make it worse, two of my toes had polish come off almost immediately. So not only was the service rushed and rude, the quality was poor. This place clearly rushes customers through as soon as someone new walks in. You feel like a number, not a client. They even charge extra for using a card, which should be disclosed upfront. After 30 min, they said it would be another 15 min of waiting which we couldn't do. If I'd known this place did not honor appointment times, I would never have booked here. Please see update********…read more They say, if you walk into a salon and love the hair-do on the stylist you've found your salon. I've found my salon! I first found Tammy, my massage therapist. I searched yelp, google then Facebook (being new to the area) and Tammy's name popped up quite a bit. I called and we set the appointment. Tammy is very kind and wants you to get the most out of your treatment so she reviews your needs prior to your massage then during to ensure you're happy. I have myalgia so not all days are the same but Tammy works with me and I appreciate her very much. As I was leaving she helped me schedule my hair color appointment with Angela the following week. I brought her a photo and I absolutely love the color. She was spot on! We didn't cut yet I go Monday. I'll try to remember to do a follow up. I know I won't be dissatisfied though. The shop is in a mini strip mall but not a chain!!! The decor is so welcoming and beautiful. Beverages are available as well. (But not offered. You must ask-communication is a bit of an issue here. I checked in and sat 20 minutes because my stylist claimed she didn't see me walk in behind her) *******UPDATE******* still LOVE Tammy for massages! Still recommend her highly. It was a a very tough decision - I've moved on to another salon. My original visit was for TAMMY and she recommended upon my request a stylist. My hair is very think and coarse and I needed someone that didn't upcharge me after quoting me on 2 separate occasions. I wasn't in love with my hair as I kept telling myself it is growing out. I do love my new salon but seeking a new massage therapist. (Also, the fact that it's been at least two months and no one has called to see why I left left a bad taste as well!)

The quality of the services are not consistent and the prices are in the high dollar range. After going on and off for a couple of years; I and several of my friends have decided not to continue doing business with Diva nails due to attitude of David one of the nail technicians and lack of quality consistent service. I was accused of being late to an appointment and was not, then two of the colors I picked they no longer have, then I was embarrassed by the technician when I requested to keep my toenails short as he yelled about how he cannot do that to the point of other customers looking. The polish was watered down and not up to standards for the price. I paid and tipped 20% but will not return.
