After getting to know him a bit, I asked him to help redo our cracked and crumbling blue-stone front walk. He dug up the old one, only to find another brick walkway buried under that one; he took out the brick, then filled the fairly deep channel with gravel and dirt, leveled it, pressed it, cemented it, and laid a gorgeous new laser-cut bluestone walk. If you live in Westchester, I can't recommend Fanelli highly enough -- for landscaping, weekly yard maintenance, and for masonry.
