I had a flat tire and contacted Volvo service, who advised me that Sapphire had been assigned to come assist me. Wait time was 60 minutes, but after waiting for almost a full hour they canceled the service call and I had to go back through Volvo to try and get someone else to come and assist. Left me stranded in a dark parking lot in a not great part of town - if you don't want to do the job, don't accept the work when it comes through! Would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Never use this company. They came to my property to tow someone else's vehicle, a delivery driver, and left a streak of fluid roughly 1' wide by 15' long, then 3-6" wide by another 50' long while leaving. I called the owner asking for a clean up and she said the truck was fixed recently and told me I could sue her if it's a problem. So you're also aware, a little about the people she hires: The driver never got off his cell phone call; he's very busy. He intended to drag the car 10' with the wheels locked up in Park when the owner asked him to back up closer he said "well I could just leave if you don't want it towed". He finally backed up and only pulled the car 5', no skates, rollers or any other way to ease the tension on the owner's drivetrain. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! read more

Arrived to work at 6 am with a flat and Land Rover assistance subcontracted them out to grab my vehicle to deliver it to the dealer. A flurry of initial texts from them established the overall plan, solidified directions (car was on UMSL campus), and kept me apprised as the driver arrived. Arrived within the appointed timeframe. Chatted up driver some and car was quickly loaded and whisked away. Smooth and professional service; very much appreciated the consistent communication too. October 2024 Awful! Terrible! Horrible! I used my roadside assistance through my insurance to get my car towed. Sapphire agreed to tow my car at 9:04 am, with an ETA of 120 minutes. At noon, I reached out. I had to call several times until someone finally called me back. She stated the ETA was a little over an hour. I was very clear that the shop my car was getting towed to closed at 5 so I really need it asap. She agreed. So time goes by, it's now 3:30.... I call back. She says they had some vehicle issues. I say if he cannot be there in the next 30 minutes we can just schedule it for 1st thing in the morning. She agrees again. So now it's the next day.. I call at 8:30.. she says she needs to call the driver and get his eta and she will call RIGHT back. I explain again... the place closes at 12 today. This will be the 2nd appointment I have missed. Again.. time goes by. I call back at 9:30, no answer. I left a voice mail. I call again, no answer. I call again, she answers and says "I'm just going to be honest, our driver isn't coming in until 3"...... and hangs up. Just wow!!! At no point were they planning to call me and tell me that they simply weren't able to service me. Every communication we had was because I reached out to them. They wasted my time, made me miss multiple appointments, made it seem as if I was lying and unserious to the guy fixing my car... so now, my car cannot be dropped off until Monday and hopefully the shop will still accept it. I had a flat tire and just needed the donut to be put on. Sapphire Towing was dispatched and it was supposed to be there in 35 minutes. After 45 minutes I had to call AAA to get an update . Well then the update was they weren't going to be there till 8:11 which means I would have been sitting there for an hour and a half waiting for someone that hopefully would show up at 8:11 . Horrable service 6 hrs and still waiting. Use roadside assistance to get tow and this is who they tried to use got there number and it goes strait to voice mail. Left a message and still got no reply. Roadside assistance could get ahold of them 5 different times and every time they called me back sapphire told them 90 minutes,then next call was 60 minutes ,then next call was 45 minutes and the last2 call were 30 minutes each and they still never showed. read more
