I am always running over a nail or something else that requires a patch or sometimes (unfortunately), a whole new tire. It's a curse. We really love a local spot that's close to our house, but found ourselves in a real pickle the Friday before the Fourth of July weekend. We had a tire losing air, and they couldn't get us in until Monday because they were so busy. That's when I gave Henry's a call. Charles was so nice on the phone, and didn't even flinch when I asked if they could look at it and make a potential repair by the end of the day. I went and dropped it off right away, and they were so great with communication; without a few hours, they had found the culprit, patched it, and gave me a call to come pick it up. The whole thing cost $25 - I guess that's pretty standard for a patch, but it's definitely the least amount of money I've ever spent on a car repair. We will absolutely be using Henry's in the future and I'm so grateful for their professionalism and how quick they got us take care of!

I asked him why he helped him before me and his response was "because he used to be the owner". We exchanged a few more words and I left but that level of blatant racism was completely distasteful and I'll never return there. Part of that was due to Kevin, who was always straightforward, honest, and good about explaining options without pressure. Since he has retired, my recent experience hasn't been the same. I brought my son's car in because the blower motor had stopped working. I was charged $160 for an evaluation and then quoted over $500 for the replacement. After looking into the repair myself, I learned that the blower motor for this model is easily accessible through the glove compartment and the part costs around $40 online. The job also does not require removing the dashboard, as I was initially told. I understand shops need to charge for labor and overhead, but the estimate I received felt significantly higher than expected given the actual complexity of the job. Because of that, I chose not to proceed with the repair. I'm sharing this so other customers know to double-check estimates and ask questions. My past experiences here were positive, especially when Kevin was still working, but this visit didn't reflect the level of transparency I had come to expect.
