I've been in and out of Firestone in the last couple of months for help with my car. I was due for…read morean inspection but ended up needing it very quickly. I called A BUNCH of places and noone could get me in for weeks... until I called Firestone. They worked me in the next day no problem at all. I did drop my car off and leave it all day and that helped. During the inspection they identified that I had a large nail in one of my tires and it was not repairable... it needed replaced. I called where I got the tires from as I thought it had road hazard, but it was out. I still wanted to get a matching tire to what I had so tried the dealers that sell me... could barely get through anywhere and when I did noone really wanted to help me. So I called Firestone back and they were again able to get me in the next day! Now they sell house brand tires - still a good tire but not matching what I had. I decided that would work and they had reasonable prices as well. The only reason I took it down a star was there was a slight communication blip that happened on tire replacement day that could have been handled better, but I also believe the employee was truly trying their best. There was a lot of business going in and out of here and they were steady busy all day and a new employee. I appreciate the help they provided.

To make matters worse it was raining and I had to be at work in a few hours. I just pulled into their lot without making an appointment and told them my problem. I was figuring that it would take a day or to just to look at my car. But they took a look at my vehicle right away. After about ten minutes the employee told me they could have it ready in an hour and a half. I was expecting to pay a lot for the speedy service but they only charge me for the labor. Because of the great employees and their understanding of me needing my car that day. I was able to get to work dry and on time.

We were under the impression we were buying "lightly used" tires and walked away with far worse. Everything seemed great until they were putting the last tire on and there was a HUGE bubble in it. We noticed and told the employee and he removed the tire, left for 30 minutes and came back with a "new" tire but damaged our rims putting the new tire on (the car in question: 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit). We thought everything was fine until we were an hour and a half into our drive and our tire went flat. We had to get towed to the nearest town with a tire shop and it was 40 additional minutes away. The next morning we were told by the tire shop that the tires that were sold to us were cut down by half the tread (not lightly used tires) and had screws lodged into them and had holes in the tires that would not have occurred within an hour and a half drive. It was a TERRIBLE experience. My husband called the owner Mike and he offered for them to put new tires on, but we weren't going to pay to be towed 2 hours back in the other direction. We purchased 4 brand new tires and continued on our trip. Once we returned, we were offered a partial refund. The value of the tires are not great and be prepared, they may or may not offer assistance. Here is where the 50/50 comes from, my husband purchased one tire from them a few weeks ago and it's held up really nicely and he's had no problems with it.
