Without a doubt the trashiest bar in Berkeley county. I didn't expect much by the appearance and location but I didn't expect it to to be this bad. The employees that were on the clock were drunk and so was the owner. The entire bar smells like cigarettes even though it's non smoking and the food was nasty. Don't waste your time and money. A bunch of regulars were at the bar wasted and picking fights with people and even though they were in the wrong nothing was done about it. Just never thought to even leave a review. So I will now. Have had issues in here before which the owner never reached out to me for so I will tell my story here. I've never felt so disrespected at a bar/restaurant in my life after spending the money me and my girlfriend did one night. It was after hours. We were in there with a friend one night. It was a couple minutes after they closed and we were just hanging out outside at one of the tables trying to find a ride because we do not drink and drive. My girlfriend had to use the restroom really bad so we knocked on the door and asked if there was anyway we could use the restroom very quickly. Caroline the bartender said, "we are closed so make it quick". I said alright no problem. So we went in. As we were using the restroom some guy started slamming on the door and I said we are almost finished. He goes we are closed let's go. I said why was he slamming on the door when a woman is peeing in a restroom. She goes "because I said we are fucking closed now get the fuck out". Meanwhile there was 5 people at the bar some girls that were friends and I think that she dated, my friend had said. They were in there drinking taking shots and raising hell. Which it is illegal to be in a bar after hours and serving drinks. I will never be coming back due to the disrespect I have dealt with from the people that work there. First time here. Food was tasty. Enjoyed the outdoor seating with the outdoor heaters. Biggest complaint was that we ordered entrees to go and it took almost an hour to get the food. Having a 2 year old and trying to get food and get home made this very difficult. I realize it is a bar but bar food should NEVER take that long! read more

The is by far one of my favorite places in town to hang out. Not to mention its right by my house. Food is priced well, drinks are cheaper than most places here, and everyone there makes you feel at home. I challenge anyone to find something they do not like on the menu. The food was decent. But it was wing night. So we ordered ( in increments of ten) but it was eat in only. Ok. We sat down drank 3 drinks and ate wings. When time to leave they would NOT allow us to take the remaining 6 or 7 wings we had left with us. Loved this place! Stopped through leaving a friends house and stayed for hours. Friendly bartender & waitress, quick service, awesome (and I mean AWESOME) bar food, and really laid back atmosphere. We ordered the nachos and they were massive. My husband got the club sandwich which was also huge. Then we got fried cheese curds, pub chips and fried veggies. Will definitely be back in. I have been to many bars in my lifetime, and this bar is the sparkle of my life. From the cleanliness of the bathroom, to the phenomenal service that I receive from each and every bartender that I've have ever met. This place is the most amazing place in Goose Creek. Best bar food in town. Always consistent, always fast. I have eaten most of the things on the menu and never disappointed. The fried cheese curds are a must have. The only bar owner I have met in SC that actually knows how to make an old fashioned. Sundays during football season are standing room only. This place from the outside looks run dowm and closed, save for the constant flux of customers. However, if you happen to take the chance to walk in and have a seat this place is amazing. The first time I ate here, I had their wings and they were fabulous! The second time, I got wings again and a few hours later got horrible food poisoning which lasted 4 days! I called immediately the next morning after being up all night, just to report it and advise them to check their sauces, maybe the carrots and celery, blue cheese, and the chicken of course. The manager basically accused me of lying, saying there has never been a food poisoning report before and that was the first time she ever heard of it happening. She did follow up later in the day to see how I was doing but they didn't offer anything else to me. I was going to give them another chance but I will not now, not even because of the food poisoning but because of the way it was handled. Visited this place last Sunday because I heard it was the place to go for pro football. Wow! It was standing room only. The crowd was very friendly as it seemed that all the main tables were all filled by team choice more than by who you walk in the door with. The bartender Caroline was amazing at keeping up with a packed bar plus!! Am very impressed with their nachos as I couldn't finish then all. Beer was cold and plentiful. This is right around the corner from my house, and knowing the type of people that live in Goose Creek, this could go either way. To say I was a little nervous on our first visit, would be accurate. Sure, there were a couple of the sleeveless t-shirt and jean shorts guys in there, but it was mostly younger, nicely dress people. Service was good and friendly, even though every seat was taken. I saw a cockroach running around. That was a first for me at a restaurant. Really freaked me out. I would never sit on that lounge furniture they have either. Seemed really dirty and gross. Nothing fancy...it's a sports bar with tvs...I'll have to try the wings sometime. I had a grill cheese sandwich and homemade chips were delicious....service was friendly...but very slow...maybe if you're a drinker you won't notice. I thought the salmon pizza was an interesting concept...so I ordered one to go..It was 4 slices of big raw salmon filets on what looked like pita bread crust..underneath the salmon was capers and onions....I squeezed lemon on it and some soy sauce on top...and it squashed some of the too fishy taste...reheating in the microwave was like letting skunk loose in the house...maybe that's why they don't cook the salmon? I was expecting smaller chopped up pieces likened to canned tuna and a topping of cheese on a regular type pizza crust or flatbread...oh well..I should have asked questions? The food is what completely saves this place. It has lots of TVs, is way too smokey, and is otherwise a total dive. It would probably be fun to go here and watch a game with friends, but otherwise, order the food to go! Occasionally when I visit SC, I go to Sapphires. The several times I've been there, I've really been impressed with the wings. I haven't tried anything else, but I know that the several flavors I've ordered over the years have never disappointed. Big jumbo wings with flavorful sauces that are made in house. Very crowded the weeknight we went because of $1 tacos. I had the veggie burger which if I remember right claimed to be spicy but wasn't spicy at all. Waitress forgot toppings I ordered for it twice but I was happy they offered a veggie burger and sweet potato fries even if they were only okay. At first I thought this was a good local spot. The food is great! Good burgers, lots of good appetizers, daily specials. Sadly, that's all that's good here. No Draft beer. If your not a regular, the bar staff and owner ignores you. The owner drinks and carries on with the regulars and ignores the other customers. Regulars will be over served in the middle of the afternoon and be crude obnoxious drunks. If you want to get drunk, be obnoxious, get loud and be crude, this is the place for you.
