Update: I have received my refund At the initial appointment I was told I needed a new refrigerator fan, material $180, total $406.00. I agreed to it and was told I had to pay the $75 fee that would be applied to my total. I looked up fan parts and could not find one for over $68. , so requested they confirm the price. They said they'd email it, but never did. Feeling stuck I kept the scheduled appt with a time between 3:30-7:30 to replace the part. They were a no show, with no text or phone call. The appointment was easy to set. The technician communicated with me about his arrival time and he was very knowledgeable about our units and was able to diagnose both systems and had the parts ordered quickly. Parts should be here in a few days and he will return to install the parts. Thus far I am very pleased. If something changes after install I will update my review. These guys were great. My wife has a washer at her business that died when it was just out of warranty. It was only a couple of years old. They told us the price to fix it and explained that it wasn't worth it, especially since the machine we had wasn't suitable for a business. I completely agree. Well i must say my first experience with SAR did not go well, as a matter of fact it went nowhere. Max was to be at my place between 4-7Pm still a no show and no call to say they were going to be late; I had someone waiting for 3 plus hours without any respectful call. Our time is important also. Max was our technician who diagnosed that my timer had gone bad on our GE dryer. He quoted me $330 to order the parts and make the replacement. After he left I went online and bought the parts for $70. It took me (a complete amateur) 20 minutes to replace the timer. I called SAR and was told that the technician decides the labor cost. Max quoted me $200 in labor costs for 20 minutes of work. Max was very respectful, but behind that kind face he is an absolute crook and should be ashamed of himself. Edit: He was also scheduled 10am-2pm. I got a text that he was on his way at 1:50 and he didn't show up until 2:40. read more

MAX was nice. Showed up on time. Went right to work. Problem was just refrigerator "noise". Fridge worked just fine just the noise issue. After I removed food from freezer he thoroughly examined it. The noise had been loud/grinding for a month. Almost as though it was "frightened" of Max the fridge "kept quiet"? Max saw where I had placed rubber strips in the freezer thinking it was a "vibration of sorts". He turned it off and on again and no noise! He was kind enough to state that if it started back up again he would come back for free. The cost a fair $59.00. It's been quiet ever since? I asked SAR if they could return and fix the clock on my stove instead and they stated they would only return if the fridge got obnoxious again. I just wish I had mentioned the clock on the stove while he was here. All in All I highly recommend SAR and Max. read more

A few weeks ago I started having an issue with an LG washer/dryer tower where the washer stopped spinning when the spin cycle would start, reached out to SAR and got a quick response with a reasonable service call fee within a few minutes and was able to get an appointment scheduled within a few days. Stas came out and we quickly determined the issue appeared to be a failing sensor, after waiting a few days for the part to be delivered Stas came back with a team mate and repaired my washer pretty quickly. I think in total the whole service took less than an hour. I waited four (4) hours for your tech to come after making my first appointment. He never came nor called. When I called to reschedule, I asked to have the first appointment on a day, and was told you couldn't accommodate. I had an important doctor's appointment the day of the second visit and planned to leave at 11:30 as it was in Tampa, an hour's drive away. I can provide photos showing he was not at my home at 11:30, so I prepared to leave. He showed up at 11:32, which created a great deal of stress for me. I thought the bill for the repair was $285.09, but realize that it didn't include the $59 charge for the first visit. I chose your company because YELP showed you had a 4 star rating. Upon looking further, I saw that only one of those is from a local customer, the rest are from other states. This is deceptive. read more
