I am a stickler for details and pressed her on travel issues I felt were left unanswered, but she took her time to allay my concerns. I know it wasn't a month long trip to Europe but 7 days at Disney World can be quite stressful for a family of 6. All details of our trip were explained in a simple manner, easy to understand. Kristina even took care of the details for my round of golf on Disney properties during our day off. And all of this was handled at competitive rates versus what I could find online.
