Mr Willie Mitchell is our hero. My sister and I got into a car accident in a rental car driving back home from Florida to CT. No car rental company in the surrounding 50 miles could pick us up in a new rental. We called Willie and he was able to pick us up within the hour and drove us 30 minutes to get our new rental. He made us feel at ease, safe and was a great conversationalist. His vehicle was clean, safe and smelled amazing. He was very professional but at the same time you could tell he cared. Highly recommend anyone to go through Willie for transportation services, he's the best. read more

My career in customer service, started back in 2001, when I worked as a barber. During that time, I was doing something I really enjoyed, providing a valuable service, and building positive relationships. When I did, I had another guard tell me that it's the front entrance and the sign needs to be updated! As a primary caregiver, I felt ill-prepared to take care of my brother. Not many of my questions were answered! I left with more than I brought. Don't get me started on the food! I got better food from my elementary cafeteria. No one should have to eat like that! Get your stuff together!
