And my lower lumbar area I currently have a torn / herniated disc in my L3 L4 lower back lumbar area. I also have multiple other bulging discs like I mentioned previously in my back and my next spines. I cannot bend over I cannot take care of my basic needs anymore I have become fully disabled and fully unable to work. Doctor Lee was the only person who ever took my treatment seriously and the only reason I had to stop seeing her was because my work for one didn't file my work injury claim properly, I work at the shipyard in Seattle as a longshoreman and marine machinist and marine heavy diesel mechanic working on all of the Washington State ferry boat machinist and mechanical repairs and all of the US Navy military warship destroyer projects department of Defense projects and contract jobs. My employer never filed my work injury claim at all and cut off my health insurance over a year ago. I haven't even been able to continue with the basic care that I need. I really really need to get back in to see Dr Lee if there's any way Dr Lee you could contact me I would really appreciate it. My phone # 3608996352

I am so grateful to have changed providers. The first 2 appointments averaged just over 40 minutes. She listens and explains what is going on and why. I highly recommend her!

I've been a patient of Dr Oh for almost 15 years due to chronic pain conditions. He has always been…read morewise about my medications, always goes through my med list with me so that there aren't issues of med interactions. I'm a retired RN after a severe injury on-the-job, which broke my hips and several vertebrae, wrist and resulted in chronic pain. I've had several hip surgeries as they keep having problems. So, as a medical professional, I recognize Dr Oh's really caring treatment. He's even returned calls while he was out of the country on vacation! He's cares for everyone equally, and he manages complex spine issues. These injuries don't always just "heal up" and go away. Some stay forever and living day-to-day without his management would be much more limited. Your world shrinks with chronic pain. Even with the pain, a walker and medication, I can't walk through the grocery store, down the street where I live or even to the park next door! This has been going on for 16 years and I trust Dr Oh completely. He's the only doctor who really knows me, knows that I don't -and never would- abuse my medication. Without it, I'd be in bed 24/7. That's not living, to me. It's existing. I had a bad femur fracture in '22 which split the femur down the middle from the knee almost to the hip. I was "no weight bearing" for 2 months in a skilled nursing facility with two demented, incontinent roommates. After I could do PT with weight bearing, I worked as hard as I could to get strong and to gth out of there. It's not living, just existence. It took more months of PT/rehab, and even my doctors there continued Dr. Oh's regimen. They said that they knew that I was still in pain but I didn't want to come out of that facility as an addict. My doctors there said "stick with him. He clearly cares well for you." So, to the people who had a less-than-optimal experience, I feel sad. Nobody should feel bad about their Dr. The plans have to work for YOU, and Dr Oh will treat you with respect. If you are looking for a "pill mill" to get high, don't bother. He can see that in a heartbeat and can help you to get sober, but he won't just feed your addiction. It must be hard to have to buy meds on the street or from folks you can't trust. All of my other doctors (orthopedic, rheumatologist, primary care, etc) have been kept in the loop when changes have been made. That's real care, compassion and professionalism.

I am still a patient of Dr Oh's. It saddens and irritates me to see the vile and disgusting things…read morethat have been said about him, his wife and his office staff. As someone who first saw him in July 1997 after a horrible car accident he has been nothing but kind, compassionate, caring and firm. He is not against alternative treaments like chiropractors, acupuncture, massage, physical therapy, etc. His dedication is one of the only things that is keeping me walking upright. I am the first to admit that I am not the easiest patient. The amount of nerve damage, spinal surgeries, etc have made treatments very trying. When my neurosurgeon retired during Covid, I asked Dr. Oh who he woud recommend. He worked with my primary to get the new lumbar MRI ordered and the referrals to Swedish. He has set up my referrals for Evergreen Health Sport and Spine for the physician I have been seeing for caudal injections as I have so much scar tissue that I can't have traditional lumbar injections. When my primary changed a medication for my T2D, I had been on it for over 6 months and I mentioned something to Dr. Oh at an appointment and he said to disuss with my primary, but the medication should be increased as it had plateaued. I sent a message that afternoon to my primary and he said Dr. Oh was absolutely correct. He is in the loop with all of my specialists and vice versa. You see, it is YOUR responsibility as the patient to make sure taht every physician that you see communicates with one another. It is YOUR responsibility to kee ptrack of the billing and make sure you insurance is not over or under paying and you are paying any co-pays. It is also YOUR responsibilityto be your own advocate. If you do not understand why a certain course of treatment is prescribed or xrays, MRI's, CT, etc have not been done in quite some time, speak up. It is easy to berate and complain on a website/app about "how you had a ba experience", but what was your role in that? I am one that is not looking forward to the day when Dr. Kyle Oh decides to retire as we have very few good doctors in our area that truly care. This is a man that has shown what true heart and souls is. Thank you again Dr. Oh for all that you do!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! I was referred by my current Dr to Dr…read more Nelson at this location. My current Dr warned me he had had several other patients whom he referred, who had appointments cancelled on them when they showed up. It was so bad, Dr. Nelson visited my Dr at his practice to personally apologize and promise this would never happen again. Surprise, surprise, he was WRONG! From the moment I first called to make my appointment, I should have known there was an issue. They would not even schedule my appointment without my claim number from my auto accident. The next day, I gathered all of my information and called the next day to make an appointment. The earliest I could schedule was more than a month out. The woman I spoke with took all my contact information, phone numbers, email address, claim number, adjuster's name and phone number as well as the name of my Dr who referred me. I was coming in under an auto accident claim but she did also confirm I had medical insurance and my provider for this as well. Another words, she had ALL my information, can't think of anything she missed. So yesterday, I show up for my appointment with Dr. Nelson, and wait for it...it was CANCELLED. The girl behind the desk was completely unapologetic and said they tried to call me and couldn't reach me so they cancelled my appointment. She stated they needed my claim number and my adjuster's information to verify coverage. I pointed out they clearly had this information as the appointment would only be scheduled after I provided all of this information. They also had my wrong phone number in the system( mind you I gave them 2 when I made my appointment), however, instead of following-up with my referring Dr., they chose to cancel my appointment. No apology from the snotty girl behind the desk and the only thing offered to me was making another appointment. If this one didn't work, why would I risk it happening again. Their customer service is horrible and their Dr.'s know it and continue to let it happen. If you make an appointment here, don't be surprised if it is cancelled. Find some where else to go where they will value you as a patient. I saw my referring Dr. yesterday and he said that was their last shot an no more referrals will be headed to Washington Center for Pain Management.

I've dealt with this condition for 30+ years, AND I have seen several other different pain management doctors....all that being said Dr. David K. Naibert Jr. is BY FAR the WORST pain management doctor I've EVER been to!! DO NOT waste your time going to see him! He has NO "bedside manner" other than "his way or the highway" He is condescending in his talk and manners, as well as disrespectful. He has a very specific agenda for how he treats his patients and does not take into account what the patient states as what has or hasn't worked for them in previous treatments. On my first visit he "lectured" for an 1 1/2 hours on the "evils" of opioid use and stated "I'm the last good guy out there that is trying to save your life".....very arrogant!!
