It takes an inexperienced injector to cause vessel injury like that. I was repeatedly redirected when asking to speak with management regarding my experience. He just pushed back my cuticles and began applying the plastic nails. When completed, I was left with excess hardened gel all over my fingers and misshapen nails despite saying multiple times they were crooked. 3. It's been 12 hours since I got the manicure and 1 nail popped off. The positive is the front desk woman.
