I told myself that would be the last time I would go there because I felt their business practices were misleading. About 10 days later the office manager called me and we talked about my issues. She was sweet and understanding and made me feel like my feelings mattered. She offered a resolution to the issues and I couldn't have been happier. Most places could give a crap less, but I was truly wow'd not only by her just calling to talk about my issues, but how she treated me. I'll definitely continue going here.
