Thao is my girl! She does beautiful nails. I drive 40 min just for mani and pedi. Staff are friendly and they serve free coffee, tea and bottled water. So far I'm very satisfied!

    Nails by Kiki

I am BEYOND obsessed with these nails by Kiki. She is incredible. She does the best job every time. They last so long and she's been able to perfect every design I bring to her.

Lumpy, bubbly, and just poorly done. When I mentioned the lumps, the tech said she didn't see them! Wtf?!

NEVER EVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY!! I made appointments for my daughter and I to get pedis and our nails done. I WISH I could remember the name of my nail tech bc she was HORRENDOUS! But the shop did nothing to remedy the situation. After burning me several times, she never cleaned up my cuticles and applied thick lumpy and bumpy layers of gel polish to my extensions. When I pointed it out, she was baffled and had no idea what I was seeing. Was this a joke? Please look at the attached photos. She started to AGGRESSIVELY efile off the polish and layer of gel, and burnt me one last time when I told her I was done. She filed my nails so thin that they broke once I closed my car door. Guess what, your girl still had to pay for them! The shop did nothing to remedy the situation!

Left with a wet dip manicure.

I'm not sure how I left my dip manicure with wet nails that smudged upon pulling out my wallet, but I did. Still paid $55 for this awful dip manicure where the tech complained/blamed the entire time on the color and the brand being OPI (which is what THEY carried). When I come in for a color, I don't want to be asked 6 times to change the color. I used to have great experiences but I know now to never just come in as a "walk in". Awful and the fact I still paid so much for this! The soak off left my fingers horribly dry and didn't even get lotion on my fingers, only my palms for the "hand massage"

Ahh man... I wanted so much to love this place, and to give it a rave review... but this recent visit has made me decide that it's not gonna happen. I went in with gorgeous nails grown pandemic long... yeah it can happen with nails too... despite no longer being able to text efficiently... it was cool having Instagram-level glam AF and gorgeous inch long perfect nails... Anywhere, this is where it takes a dark turn... I know Belle Palace is a pretty place, and they give you drinks but at the end of the day I wanna look at my nails every day and LOVE them between my salon visits... and I'm looking at my nails right now and I'm kinda annoyed. TBH. I called in the other day to make an appointment came in 15m early, and signed in at the kiosk. Henry was there nudging me through the basic process and when I said I wanted Erin (based on reviews) he said she wasn't available, and I wood have to book her specifically... because she was popular (aka good). So I asked for someone GOOD at Dip manicures, and warned him... I was picky... and if it was not done well... he would be held accountable. Jokingly stated but seriously meant. He didn't believe me... cuz he suggested "May." She was impatient with me as I selected colors, I had picked put a theme Halloween look on Pinterest, which she didn't seem to concern her and saying they couldnt or didnt have the abilty to do what I wanted... which was pretty standard at strip mall salons... seriously, black base some light glittery layer... or foil chips, dips come like this too...if you have a decent selection inventory, think a starry night... wtf. No, the do an additional "chrome" step (aka add a gel layer with dip glitter) on top of the dip, and up charge you $12... not disclosed til checkout of course. Not starting off well. I gently mentioned that she seemed impatient, even though my appointment wasn't until 4pm. She seemed surprised that I called her out. Cmon lady... read the client. Instead of foil wrapped for my prior dip manicure take off... loose old plastic clips holding cotton pads are used and acetone just poured into the clips resulting in mass acetone pools spilled all over the station... wow this is sloppy. Guess granite can take it huh?... I asked her. Dunno if she's picking up what I'm laying down but the guy to her left seems to be, but he remains quiet... when I try to hint I'm not loving her process a few times, she comments to him and gets a little freaked for a second when I ask if she's Vietnamese... hah. Hmm Guy to her right is using foil for his client's dip removal though, so it's clear this is her service level... not policy. Duly noted. So I have these loose clips on my nails instead of foil... basically not allowing me to use my phone the whole time I am getting a pedicure. Lazy and laissez-faire is not a cute look... and I'm bored so try to chat. Apparently she's not a fan of the patriarchy. Same. Anywho, been trying to not be a Korean Karen lately so making the best of being forced to be chatty and friendly the whole time.. cuz my fingers are in jail... May laughed at this comment... and...maybe didn't get the seriousness of my WTF looks when she clipped my gorgeous 1" nails unevenly, didn't bother to file them before applying the layers of powder to my unfiled nails super messy... so thickly that there were powdery points on the rough edges... She walked away for a few minutes, and I started filing them, they were epically crooked and trimmed at different lengths... when she came back she said she wasn't done and would fix them later. This is when the non-English commentary kicked off more with her neighbor... oh, did I mention we were all right next to each other with just plastic barriers... no social distancing at all... I ended up filing them more... an hour later, when another tech (Ling Ling) had to fix the thick wavy gel tides...left on my finished manicure... I corrected them again because they were NOT even... the thick uneven gel waves now taken off again, and the "chrome" glitter being dabbed on again until it was fix done correctly by the new tech. Synopsis 2.5 hours of my life and $100 (incl a $12 tip that I should have not added considering the prices here) later... oh and a whole $1 discount this far from expenditures per the receptionist... I will not likely to waste more time or money here again. The prices are too high for the consistently bad work I have gotten here and the place looks sloppy and messy now, so there's that... no social distancing and May didn't even use a barrier for my pedicure because it was stuck between 2 customers sitting right next to each other... when there were plenty of open stations... and the screen at the station between us could have been wiped too. I really wanted to love this place but I need to love my nails more... especially at these prices. Most importantly, safety standards should supersede Vendor convenience. Why isn't that being enforced Henry?

Honestly worst pedicure and manicure I've ever received. Not only that, but this chop shop of a nail salon is definitely not up to sanitation requirements per state board. I saw the technician grabs cuticle cutters that were used and not clean....The technician literally cut every single one my fingers and toes. I was bleeding everywhere and she didn't even notice, I had to point out the blood and then her coworker finally said something in Mongolian and she finally cleaned it. She even tried to paint over the blood and cure in the UV light..... She didn't do the service correctly and used the wrong techniques and tools. I'm a licensed hairstylist for over 10 years and these nail salons should honestly be shut down. Staff was so rude, I had a woman sitting next to me getting her no chip drilled off with the E-File and she kept telling the technician that is was burning her and the technician didn't even care, or stop! I have put in a complaint with the state board so they can be investigated. Seriously avoid this business, running the risk of catching a disease due to unclean tools, bleeding customers everywhere, not worth it. I did call the manager Henry and spoke to him and he didn't care and said post whatever you want and call the state board. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT A BUSINESS THAT DOESNT EVEN CARE FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFTEY OF ITS CLIENTS!!

First off, I LOVE this place and will definitely be back! However, there is room for improvement. This is the largest and most beautiful beauty spa I've been to. It's really clean, relaxing, and just gorgeous. Everything is in tip-top shape and the staff are so welcoming. My nail tech even made conversation with me--something that has been a very rare occurrence anytime I've had my nails done elsewhere! I decided to go with a dip manicure since I get frustrated with no-chips beginning to chip after two weeks and a standard manicure lasting just a few days. Dips are supposed to buy you maybe another week or two. I don't have a whole lot of time in my week to keep coming back for nail maintenance, so it was all the more reason for me to give the dip a shot. My nail tech explained the process to me and the comparisons to other types of manicures. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Moreover, it only took me a half-hour to get in and out of there! Other major pro: FREE MIMOSAS. Yep! They asked me what I wanted to drink, and they offer water, juice, wine, and mimosas. Uhh heck yes, I went with the mimosa! It was DIVINE. I felt like an absolute queen goddess. Also, when you head in, you plug your info into an iPad and automatically get set up for their rewards program. I'm so excited to earn more perks through them WHILE SIPPING FREE MIMOSAS! Can you tell I'm enthusiastic? lol The downside--and it pains me to say so--the nail tech was a little too quick in assuming my nails were dry. After the hot towels were applied and worked their magic, I sadly noticed the top coats on my thumb and index finger were a teeny bit smudged. It's not noticeable but I feel the little change in texture on the two nails where it smudged. I just put a bit of my own top coat on them for a bit of protection. Otherwise, the service here was wonderful and I will absolutely be back. The tech went out of his way with hanging up my bag and coat and event bringing them back to me and helping me get my coat back on when we were all set. I'm looking forward to trying out their other services--particularly the facials, lash extensions, and maybe a pedi once it's warm again.

Horrible ! Don't make an appointment!

The staff here are awful. Beyond rude. Take your money to a nail salon that treats their clients with respect.

Usually I go to Mario Tricoci, but I moved and I wanted a new place to go. So I found an online deal for a single process color plus a cut for Adagio. I made an appointment and the people were very great. So I have dirty blonde roots and my hair had grown out about three inches (I have long hair and it's probably about 20 inches long), with the rest of my hair a couple shades lighter. The stylist said that she had to dye my ends first and then my roots. So she brushed color on the ends of my hair and then proceeded to rip apart sections of my hair to dye my roots. The dye had made my ends dry and tangly. It was the most painful experience of hair dying I've ever had. The stylist kept apologizing profusely, but it didn't make the pain any less. I've also never experienced this anywhere else, no one has ever ripped apart my hair...I think normally they divide it into sections do the rest of my hair and then dye the roots while in the sections. The hair stylist who cut my hair did a great job. She cut it exactly how I wanted. Unfortunately the experience I had during the hair dye part makes me not want to go back.

I expected to be at the salon for at least 3.5-4 hours. The appt time listed 3 hrs 45 minutes. I was there about 4 hours 15 minutes, which I thought was long but sort of expected. At the end, they told me the price, I paid with a card and the receptionist told me a receipt would be sent to my email. Once I reviewed the email receipt, I was confused and annoyed. Apart from the balayage cost and cut and style cost, there were additional charges. They charged an extra $20 per 15 minutes over the expected time, $40 total. They charged a credit card fee of ~$9. They charged $24 for "extra color". They charged a 5% extra tip on top of the tip I gave "to cover stylist taxes" (apparently this is preselected on the tipping screen and if you don't notice and unselect it gets immediately added). Almost $70 of extra, hidden charges. None of this was discussed. I feel all of these extra charges are misleading and frankly, shady. I called to discuss this and the receptionist stated "we do charge about $100/hr so the service was actually charged less than we should have charged." Like, what? Then advertise and charge that upfront! I have no problem paying for services rendered, but price transparency is important to me. I would have been a regular customer because I did like the salon experience, but this business practice makes me hesitate to go back. I assume this is something that prevents many first-time customers from returning...
