I agree with all the other 5 Star reviewers. One of Dianne's strengths which hasn't been mentioned so much is her ability to diagnose what the problem is and its source. Then, as others said, she gave me lots of exercises and printouts so I could do those exercises at home. She even video taped me doing the new exercises in her office so I could refer to them again at home. She's flexible with her schedule and always pleasant. Yes, it's one on one.....there's none of this, "go in that exercise room and do your exercises and then come out and see me", no! She stays with me all the way and guides me. She knows right where to massage and put the tools of her trade on my shoulder to help reduce the pain, which always works. When i told her we have a groupon, she said there is $2 dollar processing fee per groupon, which was new and wasn't mentioned. We had to pay. And They took us to second floor where the rooms are. And gave us time to prepare and lay down. I saw the time they started massage. After upper body massage, two masseuse said something so fast with heavy accents "foot massage down down" and then disappeared. I had no idea what was happening. I called down stair. The front staff picked up the phone but she didn't understand well either. And then this seems like manager came up to check on us. I told her that i have no idea what they were saying, she apologized and instructed us to get dressed and get down to the first floor for foot massage. We did. They didn't stop the timer in the meantime and when we got down there, they took their time to prepare again. So i feel like 10mins passed by like that. And massage itself was good but my masseur was keep checking on the timer like he has nothing more to do after almost finishing. Dressing up in between massage was very interfering relaxation and Manager and employees were keep talking during massage and also timer was real loudly ticking. Massage was finished exactly at 90 min set. I told manager that the timer should have been stopped we didn't get full 90 min massage. The manager told us that she understood and apologized. When i asked if we can get massage just in the bed for 90mins next time, she said the owner instructed employee to finish upper body for 45 mins in bed and foot for 45 mins downstair and she's watching surveillance camera, otherwise employee has to pay fine/fee to owner or something but we could ask owner about our desire, (might charge us more for it or something tho) I didn't understand how they operate. They could be more considerate customer's wants more.
