He consistently checked on us and made sure every need we had was taken care of. He was extremely kind and professional the entire time. One of our kiddos made a spill in the middle of the event while Bre'don was serving pizza, and he rushed to clean it up, then came back to serving as quick as possible! This place is a decent concept, but seems poorly managed. The smell of cleaning supplies and chemicals is overwhelming and will give you a headache. The floor is foam mats that are all bleached out, and still not clean. Not ideal to have babies crawling around on. The table cloths are awful and dye your skin blue. They are very obviously very old and have had chemicals applied to them several times. The arcade is tiny and machines malfunction more often than not. The lady who checked us in was rude and snarky. A teen came in to work while we were there and was a very kind and impressive young man. Our kids enjoyed themselves, but there are far nicer facilities in the area with much better amenities, larger, more clean, and for similar pricing. Overall would not recommend. read more

Decided to take the kids here after not visiting the business for 2 years. We had our daughter's birthday party here 2 years ago and it was absolutely perfect! The staff was attentive and welcoming and the area was well kept. Unfortunately yesterday was not the same as before. The facility smelled so strongly of bleach that you could literally taste it in your mouth and feel it in your eyes. You can see in the pics I listed how the rubber pads are fading possibly due to the excess amount of bleach being used. I understand being sanitary but this is excessive. We stayed for about 10-15 min since my little ones were very excited to play. We couldn't stay any longer because of the strong chemical smell. The staff seemed to not notice or not care about our discomfort or even asked why we were leaving after just getting there. I don't know what Happened to this business but my family and I will not be returning in the future. read more

This is a very affordable and friendly place in this small town of Killeen Texas. Entry for kids is 10 dollars and parents enter for free. Socks are required for adults and kids and they sell them if you don't have any. They have a climbing gym for kids that are toddler age to 8 years and a smaller area for children that can crawl and toddler age. They have this small arcade area. They sell drinks and no food allowed during entry to the place. The arcade is descent and majority of the claw machines are defective and steal your money. Other than that the restrooms are not in the best condition and some rust is apparent in the door knobs. Otherwise staff is super friendly and helpful and they lock the door on the entry of the playground so no kids can leave the establishment on their own. Overall the place was clean and tidy. Parents please do not bring your children if they are sick since it's a smaller play area and other kids can be vulnerable to disease. read more

My kids love this place. The best time to go is before noon midweek. I try to always bring nonslip socks so I don't have to worry about my little ones tripping or slipping( not that it would hurt the place is made up of that gym-mat material). Kids had fun. It costs around $12 per kid to get in on weekends. $2 less per kid on weekdays they said. Parents are free and you all need socks to enter. They sell food there and you can buy an arcade card to play a few games they have available. There is a small separate area for those under 4 but our 2 year old could do almost everything in the whole place. We were able to go up and climb through with our kids. Was not impressed as the black woman at the front was pretty nasty and intolerant. Was told I couldn't bring in a small cup of tea with a lid even though they sell beverages, that of course is just a greedy thing and we all know it. Got yelled at for sitting in the massage chair because apparently I might prevent a paying customer from using it even though there was no other customer and there was a second one empty. Place was cramped and dated. There are better places out there. The only positive thing is the cost as it is pretty affordable, but clearly like anything else you get what you pay for. I literally just walked into this place, and walked strait out. It's my daughters birthday and was excited to take her here today. I walked in, and a guy with red hair says "Is this your first time, and I say, Yes." So then he says "Do you have socks, we require adults and children to have socks." "I said no... we don't have socks." So then he says "And we also don't allow outside food and drink" as he is staring at my cup of water. (I had a cup of water!!!!!) I said "WOW, you are sooo welcoming" and walked strait out. I'm not going to pay good money for my children to play, and be yelled at upon walking in. My husband found this on yelp and I must say we were impressed with the staff, cleanliness of facility and all the cool things the kiddos could play and use their imagination with. They have separate play areas for kids from crawlers to just learned how to walk to toddlers up to 4 and then the big kids play area. I would advise bringing a sweater or jacket as this place is pretty cold in the inside. All in all we would definitely be back here with the boys and are considering future birthday parties here at boys request. You can't go wrong with having to let your little ones burn off all the energy and having a blast at the same time. Due to such good ratings on Yelp, I decided to take my daughter to this place. This place looked really big on pictures, but actually, it was a lot smaller than expected. The staff was very friendly, and attentive. They took care of issues with play equipment right away and cleaned up any messes from kids right away, as they saw them. Even though, it was a lot smaller than expected, my daughter had a GREAT time running around and playing on the equipment with other kids that were there. After 2 hrs, she was pooped out! Lol The staff made sure that my daughter belonged to me before we left, by checking our wristbands that were given to us when we got there. I like that they do check to make sure no one is leaving without their guardian. Overall, I would take my daughter again, especially because we live in HOT TX, and it is not always possible to go outside and play. I only gave 4 stars since I thought I could have been little bigger...Other then that, this place had reasonable prices with rewards program with points, clean, and friendly. read more

My family and I came there today and the kids had a blast. They have a few areas for different age groups which is cute. The activities here can definitely have your child burn some calories if they are older than 4. They have a few guns that shot out foam balls, sand area, a few slides and tunnels. The cage says max 250 lbs but I saw a few adults in it at the same time. I didn't give it 5 stars because we weren't aware all people in the party had to have on socks, so some of the adults who wore sandles had to buy them for $2.50. Prices for our kids was less than $15 for a child over 4 each and they do have military discount. They also have a small arcade area but it cost more and I wanted my son to physically play instead of wasting cash so I didn't buy a card and he was fine. All the kids in our family had a blast. My sister looked into a bday party and was quoted $300 for 10 kids... Wow! I would definitely recommend giving it a try if it's not great weather outside, if your tired or the mouse ;) and if you want to try something new. It's near Lions park and sonic :) . read more

This is a must do place. This is a gem!!!! The staff is extremely friendly and the facility is extremely clean. On Christmas break from school I needed to entertain my 9 & almost 2 year old. They both had a blast. Best part was I was free! There is a section for kids that are just starting to walk, a section for 1-4 year olds, and a HUGE area for up to 250 lb adult. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. It was clean and I thought the staff was friendly. Ideally I would like a better view to see my child when they are up in the play area but it's just not possible with the setup. That isn't necessarily a bad thing but if you have a younger child like 2-3 it is just more peace of mind. Overall in my experience today the only complaints I had were with other kids and that isn't the establishments fault. And even then they were very minor issues. I used to love this place until I took my autistic sister here. When you go to play places like this you expect that your child can burn off all that energy with just watching them from the chair, like most people do. When we took my sister the lady was complaining about my autistic sister for everything and told us we need to get up and watch her. So I rate this place 3 stars because they aren't really autistic friendly and kept getting complains left and right so my sister couldn't really play freely like other places. Rather than that my 2 little boys do love it, but just be mindful you can't really let your kids run freely. read more

Luv 2 Play is a great place for a small town like Killeen. I go about once or twice a month with me daughter who is 3. The play structure is a great option when the weather is too hot or rainy. I've not done a birthday party there but I've seen them done and it looks like everything is done quite well. One of my primary concerns with facilities like this is cleanliness- Luv 2 Play does an excellent job of keeping everything clean & sanitary. My son is a year old and according to the website they have a play area for kids 1 to 4 years old. The area is very small, offers two little carousels, a climbing tower with a slide and a couple busy boards on the walls. They also had a piano carpet thingy in there but the battery was dead. The carousels attracted older children as well and none of the parents or staff seemed to care about their children playing rather rough and wearing shoes. I had to kick out a couple kids and eventually told the staff to do something about it. Unfortunately it didn't last very long. The entrance fee is not worth it for the little ones (in my opinion). After an hour and a half my son got bored. The area for bigger kids seemed awesome though and probably well worth it. We probably won't go back though. read more
