As i reached another voicemail box i hung up confused as to why she switched doctors on me. The workers are using the equipment and working out while they just tell you what exercise to do with no supervision. After every exercise you are to walk over and ask for the following routine. I had to to this throughout my whole session for every visit. This lead me to constantly walk over to the assistant at least 7 times per session. Oh and the best part. The assistant's are students that have no knowledge so they can't even give you proper guidance. By the way the fact that the students are so young they're often having side conversations amongst themselves and having personal conversations. This facility runs their business in a very unprofessional manner. Do not join this clinic by any means. You will not see any improvement but you'll be super knowledgeable in the Gen Z lingo. This is strictly a self guided facility which I've never experienced or even knew it was a thing. The fact that you're unsupervised is impractical. You're constantly uncertain if you have the proper form. I wasted my time, money, and health for 4 months here. I gave them more than enough time to prove me wrong. Once I was feed up with the lack of help, I gave them my feedback mid session and they ended it right then and there. They were not open to constructive feedback which pushed me out even quicker. No business will ever last if they can't listen to their customer's concerns.

She didn't even try to properly diagnose them and just ordered an X-ray. Their directions for X-rays were totally inaccurate. It wasted my time. When I called them back, the front desk person was not helpful, and it wasn't easy to get in touch with them. Finally, I got the X-ray done. I made another appointment with them. I waited over a month before I got to see the doctor again. This time was with the husband. He just looked at the X-ray quickly and recommended PHP. He didn't diagnose my knees either. Somehow, I went ahead with the PHP that day. He said it's not covered by insurance and it costs $900, which I paid right there. The PHP worked for a month or so, but it wore off quickly. And they also claimed my insurance, which I questioned with no definite answer from them. I called and emailed their admin who takes care of billing, but they were silent and cricket. It was a total waste of my time and money. Please stay away from them. Recently, I met a doctor friend who used to know this couple. He didn't recommend them. I wished I knew before and had gone to Stanford instead.

The whole entire appointment itself took less than 10 minutes majorly discussing about insurance coverage for the MRI that I requested to take since his wife informed that if there is no pain in the ankle that I had due to a previous fracture injury then there's nothing much to do. She didn't even think about observing it but with her two eyes and told me not to worry since it's from previous damaged tissues around the ligaments which I can even observe that myself. Despite filling out the online pre check in form you still have to fill out multiple papers of new patient forms; really disappointed with her bedside manner nonetheless the professionalism from her. I requested to see a doctor who can listen to my concerns NOT the billing department. Cancelled the whole entire MRI and seeking for a new orthopedic doctor. Good luck.

In my husband's case, the revision surgery was for the worst possible reason, which is infection. Revision surgery is challenging for the surgeon and the patient, but Dr. Mittal took the case when we were referred to him and has been caring and careful every step of the way. Dr. Mittal is knowledgeable regarding recent research and protocols, but also humble enough to consult and collaborate with other specialists, when needed. The physician assistants and office staff in Dr. Mittal's office have been responsive and helpful.
