I scheduled for them to be here today (the first time they could get here - not a convenient time, but whatever. They didn't advertise that they don't come to Arlington but on a couple of days during the week and not on the weekend, so I took what I could get). They reported that they would be here from 9 to 11 am this morning. At 9:30, they still were not here and so I called to see where they were. I spoke with Luciana, who first informed me that I was told that they would be here some time between 9 and 11. Okay - perhaps I had misunderstood the woman with whom I had spoken. But THEN she told me that they were probably going to be late. I said that wouldn't be possible, as I had to get to work - and that if they were going to be late, some sort of notice would have been a very good thing. She then became very belligerent with me and asked what I wanted her to do. I said that I wanted to get here no later than 11. She said she'd have to call her people and then call me back. She did do that, and they did come by 11. Great. Not friendly or even remotely nice, but they had arrived. I had to leave, but my other half came home so that someone was at the house. I left him with a tip for them, but given the experience getting them there I told him to use his judgment as to whether he gave the $20 to them (I had purchased the 3 hours of cleaning, so I thought that was a reasonable tip based on the hours). So... I got home from work and here's what I found: 1. I was told when I scheduled the appointment that I needed to provide my own cleaning supplies. So I left everything out (both upstairs and downstairs), but they brought their own and used what have to be the worst smelling cleaning supplies I have ever encountered. My house stinks - all over - it's disgusting. 2. The house is not clean! Sure, they vacuumed a few rooms (not the front entry stairway, not the kitchen, and not the back area/bathroom) and cleaned the bathrooms, but in addition to all of the areas that weren't vacuumed, things weren't dusted, and the floors weren't washed. 3. My other half informed me that they did not stay for the time I paid for (3 hours, which was to be 2 people at 1.5 hours each). They were gone in an hour, so that's only 2 hours - not what I paid for. Needless to say, they were not given the tip I left for them. I don't know how to explain the amazingly poor customer service, but I needless to say, I won't be a regular customer. If companies use voucher systems to gain new customers, they should have a plan in place as to how to handle them. First impressions - bad ones especially - are hard to overcome. A first, second AND third impressions? Oh my... Trust Cleaning Services should consider changing its name.

This is the first time I've used a home cleaning service. I booked a deep cleaning and two follow…read moreup appointments. I thought the value for the deep cleaning was time efficient and they did alright work. Sometimes you just need a clean slate, and they definitely got things into a good state. Edit: Actually - I had someone do a deep clean one time before, like several years ago. That's beside the point. That's where the praise stops, though. Unfortunately, the toilette was clogged after the cleaning. After the second cleaning, the bathroom in my other toilette was clogged. I felt kind of rude asking about the first so I decided to refrain asking about the second. We use a bidet and no one is stuffing loads of toilette paper down the drain. Plus, during the first incident no one had used the toilette in that bathroom. I am nearly positive they put paper or chemicals in the toilette. The follow up cleaning jobs were really just supposed to be maintenance (floor mopping, wiping down bathroom surfaces). Both instances my entire house was reorganized more or less. All of my recycling and compost were dumped in the garbage. It is absolute chaos. I lost of prescription medication planner for a week (it was sitting in plain site and later found wedged behind a coffee maker). Both times dirty gloves and rags were draped over clean knifes in my kitchen. Both times I've had to thoroughly wash the knifes and knife block. The dishwasher was filled with additional dishes (packed over the full capacity) and just left in place. No idea what was actually clean. The sink itself was emptied of dishes queued to be washed, but not actually cleaned? It made no sense. I figured they would be moving things out of the way if you need to wipe down a surface, or pushing things to the side. However it went further than that. I still can't find my most frequently used cutting board. I am sure it will appear in some random cupboard. I am fully capable of cleaning my own home, and to a higher standard of quality. The entire point is that I'm only one person with limited time to do so. I suppose I'll just need to make that time more of a priority. Of course things are cleaner, but over 2.5 or so hours with two people I just expected things to be more thorough. Not a huge deal at fave value but this is all sort of compounding to be frank. In short, weird as hell experience, confused by the results. Don't recommend.
