I spoke to Jim on the phone to book the service, and he was really friendly and helpful. He said his wife Rose would be in touch with a quote after I texted some pictures of the room. I don't know who I was texting with in the end. They quoted me $100. The two workers arrived right on time, were very polite, and did a beautiful job! However, they spoke no English and used a phone app to communicate. (You speak into the phone, they read the Portuguese that's generated, then they speak into the phone and it spits out English. Who knows how accurate it is.) I lived in a foreign country for 6 years and while I wasn't fluent, I had basic proficiency in the language... admittedly I worked in an industry where people spoke English, but for day-to-day things I was glad I could read and handle basic conversations. (This was pre-smart phone.) I'd love to hire Rose's Cleaning for their organizing service, but can't imagine how you'd do that with someone you couldn't talk to. They get good reviews for that, so maybe I'll try it. I'm skeptical but interested. If all you need is cleaning it probably doesn't matter that you can't communicate without a phone translator. Their work was beautiful and they were punctual and polite. All of that is great. I'm glad they could fit us in!

Deep clean was so good I signed up for a weekly cleaning and been doing that for a few weeks now. Rates are very competitive. They bring all the supplies. They are very communicative and reliable. But what really seals the deal for me is that they are so thorough and really get the grimy areas every time! I have four pets, and two humans working from home, even though we clean a bit the regular upkeep makes SUCH a difference. Stef cleans methods are the same as what I would do, if I was doing it myself. She takes her time and gets the job done right the first time. Over the years, I have had many different cleaners from different cleaning companies, however, Stef does not even rate near the others, she gets an A+ in my eyes. If I have a special request, dust under the bureaus as you can see the dust from the other side of the room, I have never seen dust again. My dad made my kitchen table, she knows how special it is and she takes the extra few minutes to make sure it shines every time she is at the house. I could go on and on, as she is the best.
