I ordered a dress for my prom from THEIR website that delivers directly to THEIR store from THEIR…read moresystem. This should be completely reliable. However, when my dress was delivered I came to pick it up and they tried to tell me it was out of stock after I already paid for it and i got a notification that it was delivered. They did not help me at all. They said they sent an email a couple of days before it was "delivered" saying it was out of stock. There was NO email. This was absolutely ridiculous and now I have no dress for prom. If you need a dress I don't recommend you waste your time here.

There whole set up is nice add your name to the list you get 30 minutes. Up to 8 dresses we of course got more than 8 and needed an additional 30 min. So back on the list we went with our second round. Which was successful and we found the dress. Staff is so friendly and happy to help. Not one bad attitude from anyone. I was so happy the prices are pricey, but you are getting quality dresses. Ill also add when I found my mom of the quinceanera dress a few years back it was a great memory as well.

She did offer a Garment bag if we were coming back down to the bridal shop. I know all companies have their policies and procedures. And as I explained to her, it wasn't necessarily what was being said. It was HOW it was being said. I just thought it could be a teachable moment to an employee that could use a little touchup on the Customer Service. Again, the owner couldn't have been nicer in response to the issue . The dresses they receive are either from other bridal stores, sample sales, or on consignment, so the prices were super reasonable. I brought along two people and they were comfortably situated while I tried on dresses. I went through the racks and Trinity helped pill out the ones I was interested in, and then helped swap them out in the dressing room so that it wouldn't be too overwhelming. I think the appointment time should be two hours long, I only got to shop for dresses once and the rest of the time my mom and my MOH just kept bringing me dresses. It was a very rushed process and it was very busy and I don't feel like the dressing rooms. Are that big and should definitely be bigger. Also, there were two men in the dressing room when I first got there and was trying on dresses and one guy was standing right across from my dressing room, and I felt very uncomfortable with him standing there as I was half naked behind the curtain and my girls kept bringing me dresses in and out so obviously the curtain had to be opened a lot, and it was just very nerve-racking that a guy was in there. The men need to stay away, including Dad's! Just my opinion. If a guy wants to come with his bride to pick dresses like this guy seem to be then they need to like stay inside the dressing room with her not be out in the middle of the whole dressing area. Other than that, I will say they had a lot of options to choose from lots of different styles lots of different sizes and I definitely found my dress, but I still felt rushed and kind of wish. I made an appointment and drove down, the staff was friendly from the moment we walked in. They even remember me from when I picked out my dress eight months ago! I was helped getting in and out of my dress, which made the experience easy. We were out of there in less than an hour. I am so over the moon to share that I found my dress at the Bustle! It did take a couple of tries…read moreto find "the one" but ultimately I found her ;) For my first visit to the Bustle, I did one of their large party reservations. They had champagne for everyone and it was truly a blast, but slightly overwhelming with so many personality types on my side of things. I recommend this to get the experience, but just want to give a heads up on that. I also had fallen in love with a sample dress that just did not fit my body unfortunately, though Tam & Melody tried their best to see how they might be able to modify it. At the end of the day it was just too much to do to the dress. For my second visit, I tried on a dress that I was initially interested in but didn't have time to try on at my first visit. And... well, this is the one. I tried on a few others as well, and ultimately left thinking about that first one. Melody was so awesome for not pushing me to make a decision, I really hate that feeling. So I was grateful to her for being so patient with me- this is a big decision!! At my final visit, it was just to re-try on MY dress and then one that was super similar to it. And that just locked in my decision! I am sooo happy I found my dress and I am very grateful to Melody for all her help
