I would recommend this bridal shop to any bride to be! Lauren only has one appointment at a time, and there's plenty of seating for you and your crew. I love that she started the appointment out with the conversation to really understand my tastes. She then selected really beautiful dresses for me to try on! She also has a lovely selection of veils and accessories as well, I really love the veil that I bought here!! I've never seen another like it! I had my dress appointment at the end of March. I was able to invite 8 of my friends, bring champagne and snacks! It was such a cute venue with welcoming vibes and adorable decorations. My friends had an amazing time with one another and also greatly enjoyed the venue. The service was all great! The ladies (I'm so sorry I cannot remember exact names) were so kind and helpful. They picked out beautiful dresses and accommodated me when I asked to stay a little later as I was making the final decision on my dress and veil. I will suggest this place to anyone looking for a wedding dress. The selection is amazing. Every dress was beautiful. I don't remember the name of the girl that was helping me while I was there but I think she is the only one there. But she was absolutely incredible! She made the entire experience so comfortable and fun! She listened to exactly what I wanted and styles preferences. She did also pick out of a few dress styles that I did not mention just so I could make sure I got what I truly wanted. From the moment I booked an appointment, everything was very organized. The girls here are easy to get in touch with and responsive. This was the second shop I had gone to try bridal dresses and was the one I said YES to the DRESS! I immediately felt welcomed by sierra and looking around loved the look and feel of the place! This place is a hidden gem! It's the best prices in San Diego and the quality is still top notch. Out of all the dress shops I went to this was the best experience. It's cozy and you get the whole place to yourself with as many friends/family you'd like. I had a great experience here and purchased my gown at Lucy Pearl. Sierra is amazing! We arrived 10 minutes early (because I thought I would get lost trying to find the shop), and she welcomed us in early. She asked me what style of dress I wanted and pulled multiple great options in my size. Despite being sample/resale dresses, they were all in great condition. Sierra recommended that I try some dress styles that I didn't think I'd like, and I was pleasantly surprised. I tried on maybe 8 dresses and fell in love with the very first one I tried (and proceeded to compare every other dress to). It was easy to book an appointment online, and I received multiple follow-up confirmation emails with instructions. They allow you to bring in your own food and drinks and as many guests as you want, which is nice. The privacy of the appointment was unique, and I felt really comfortable in the shop. There is a $20 fee to book an appointment, but it's refundable if you cancel 48 hours in advance. I got a great deal on a once-worn Lillian West gown. They also recommend a seamstress for alterations and had a promotion for a free engagement photo session with 50 photos. I would absolutely recommend booking an appointment here! I stand by my review regardless what you say. I hope you learn from my experience and treat every bride with the respect they deserve regardless of their size. Also. Maybe keep your petty comments to yourself. Everyone I was with heard you. We all make judgments and have bad days. There's a time and place for professionalism. Being passive aggressive is not being kind. In addition, offering me a 50% discount on a dress to take down my review is not remedying the fact that my experience is TRUE. If my experience was false, like you report it to be, why would you offer me such a big discount. You're almost admitting fault by doing so. I understand you were on a tight schedule but maybe we should've just canceled. This whole situation could've been avoided. I'm surprised by the fact that you were blind sided by this review. This just shows me how focused your were on leaving in time than how your customer was feeling. Which should be more important? Again, I gave you every opportunity to cancel but you insisted.
