The owner was very…read morehonest with me about an order I placed through a larger floral service online that was using the Friendly Florist business to do the flowers and delivery. We are in TX and just wanted to send my Mama pretty flowers for her 83rd birthday. I found out the other company charged me almost $90 just for the flowers (not delivery or taxes) then told Friendly's to fulfill an order for $60 worth of flowers. WHAT??!!! Total ripoff and Friendly's saved the day by being honest and straight forward--very rare these days. I think it pissed her off too from the sounds of it. So cancelled my big company order and bought them directly from Friendly's. I definitely will support this small business going forward for flower orders for my Mom. Update: They deliver to Starkville too! Melissa has consistently delivered beautiful arrangements to my disabled Mom in Starkville.
