This places is so gorgeous I just love it! I hope they are open year round. I'll be back once the Christmas trees inside are decorated. It's a super cute gift shop. The outside is amazing as well! I wish I hadn't just found out about this place a couple of days ago. read more

There is no disputing this is one of the most beautifully landscaped garden centers in the area. The beds are meticulously edged and the selection of plants is outstanding. The indoor area has a nice selection of pots and plant related merchandise. It's spectacular to walk the grounds. Breathtaking is a good way to describe the water gardens. The point taken away is for my cashier experience. The young girl was anything but pleasant and just downright condescending and argumentative. Unfortunately this is how I will remember my first visit. read more

We feel fortunate to have such a wonderful garden center so close! We've purchased trees, lots of plants and ordered their top soil. The prices are very reasonable and the service is unmatched. I recently purchased my vegetable plants for the year and the ate frost killed some. The owner,Kathy, gladly replaced them. I don't think that any other place would have done that. I am basing this review off their GARDENS out back. My best friend just got married in the garden-area and it was SO BEAUTIFUL!!! The bouquets were made by the garden center and they were just GORGEOUS!!! The owner was super friendly and did a great job helping! Sara's has the widest variety of perennials I've ever seen at a garden center. Even this late in the season, the plants are extraordinarily healthy. Their prices are very reasonable, too. My sister drives 4 hours just to shop here! (Also, the gardens are gorgeous. It's wonderful to see plants in a landscaped environment. It always gives me ideas for plant groupings.) read more

This is a good place to buy planting supplies as well as flowers and plants. It has a greenhouse with an abundance of choices. It also has cute planters, too. It has a small variety of gift-type items, too. Sara's is a nice departure from stores such as Lowes which offer the same items. It has a personal feel to it. Sara's always has the most beautiful and unique plants. I have been to many garden centers across Rocheter and none of them come close to the variety and selection. Their employees are knowledgable and helpful. Every plant I have bought here, whether annual or perennial have down very well snd thrived. They have a good selection of gardening supplies as well as cute pots and garden decorations, but not so much that it feels commercialized. They also have the most beautiful gardens and are lovely just to go and stroll through. read more
