At first glance I wasn't sure what I'd find, but after spending some time going through the racks, I found something classy and one of a kind for a great price. The store is well organized, with clothing sorted by size and color, which made browsing easy. The fitting rooms are spacious, and they also carry shoes and accessories, which I'll definitely keep in mind for future occasions. The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is that the loss-prevention/customer service approach felt a little overbearing at times. Associates were very attentive, but I was asked multiple times if I needed help while browsing, and there was often someone ready to take items from my hands or move them elsewhere. After I found the dress I wanted, I overheard an employee being instructed to place it behind the register before I checked out. I understand the need for theft prevention, especially with consignment inventory, but as a paying customer it left me feeling monitored rather than welcomed. The checkout experience reinforced that feeling. When I attempted to pay with a $50 bill, the reaction made it seem as though there was concern about whether it was legitimate, so I ended up using Apple Pay instead. After checking out, I was told I could select a complimentary item from the store's dollar wall as part of their rewards program. While looking for my item, I was once again asked if I needed help by someone I was approached by several times before (I feel like if I needed that much help I would know who to find???).
