I am more casual and love comfy clothes so I've gotten a few loungewear that I get so many compliments on. There was a time I needed jeans and I tried on like 12 pairs, every single pair I loved because they fit perfect. Of course I can't purchase all those pairs of pants but did leave with 3-4 hard to choose from. I do try and take advantage of the sales they have. While most orders tend to be done in about 2 hours, I do find the times to be inconsistent, as much as 4-5 hours for one item. I can usually find most things I need whether it be clothes for myself, my son, or gifts for others. I also like the Sephora inside the location as I can combine my online orders and pick up in one location. The only downside I have is when they are busy, they don't tend to adequately staff and lines can be long, hence the second reason I place orders online. I like the pick up pass and simply going to a bin to grab my items. Overall, I really like Kohl's and I can always find something.

When I arrived at the register to make a purchase and to pick up my prepaid item, the lady at the register was just finishing up with a customer and told me she would be right back. I watched her as she went into an employee area on the side of the store, so I waited.
