Not only did he keep me informed about the obstacles but he fought very hard for us to get an approved permit. He is very knowledgeable about the laws and will do his research so he can go to bat for you. I do not believe anyone else could have accomplished what he did honestly. Once we got an approved permit he worked diligently to get their home set. He remained fair on his pricing and treated my mom and grandma like family. The deck he built is absolutely beautiful & it's my grandma's new favorite spot!!! He thought of all the little details that I wouldn't have.
