I came in for a nail repair (nail split below the quick) based on a recommendation since I live out…read moreof town. Emily was my nail tech. My thumb was buffed and filed with USED equipment! It already had buff and file marks all over both implements. I was treated very roughly and Emily ultimately cut the skin at the bottom of my thumb at the cuticle due to this. I had to put antibiotic cream and a band aid on for several days to avoid infection, especially since she used dirty tools. She never smiled, talked to me unless I spoke first or treated me with any level of respect or kindness. I was then told I had to pay cash unless I wanted to pay a transaction fee with a credit card. No one warned me of this when I made the appointment. I had no cash with me. Using dirty implements is a huge no-no in beauty salons. I have had my nails done for years and never been treated so poorly.

I scheduled an appointment with them an hour and a half later, as they assured me they had the time available. Upon my arrival at the Nail Spa, I was told by the receptionist a young lady was to do my manicure ie dipping. I was left with the impression she was going to complete the manicure. She walked away after she applied the Aston on my fingernails, her replacement was a guy. I was at first very confused for I expected the young lady to complete the manicure. To say the least I was very uncomfortable with the male.. I felt as I was toss from one person to the other. I was very unhappy of the way I was handled and even his unprofessional handling ofmy hands. It's been eight days since I had the powder dipping manicure done (only 8 days later) as you can see in the photographs these are the results as of today. First my middle finger's nail broke and today my small fingers nail broke. Look at my ring finger and you can see the dipping has begun to fall apart at the cuticle area. Very unprofessional looking manicure after only 8 days. That has never happened before as long as I have been using powdered dipping that normally lasts up to a month. If I could give zero star for performance and experience I would. This is not a professional spa at least not for powder dipping! I will never step a foot in this Nails Spa!

Very minimal COVID precautions, I almost left when I walked in and saw that no one was wearing a…read moremask. Technicians put on a mask when working with a client while the remainder of the employees lounge without a mask. No hand sanitizer at the stations, no requirement to wash hands. Pedicure and no chip took 2 hours, nails desperately needed another coat but I didn't have time to stay any longer. Paint job was very sloppy (see pictures); color does not cover the nail. The UV light didn't work well which resulted in two nails being removed and re-painted which added to the length of the visit. Very disappointed. The staff was friendly.
