I had an appointment to have my hair done in the same block where the Nail Spa is located and since I was due for manicure I decided to give it a try for a powder dipping manicure. I scheduled an appointment with them an hour and a half later, as they assured me they had the time available. Upon my arrival at the Nail Spa, I was told by the receptionist a young lady was to do my manicure ie dipping. I was left with the impression she was going to complete the manicure. She walked away after she applied the Aston on my fingernails, her replacement was a guy. I was at first very confused for I expected the young lady to complete the manicure. To say the least I was very uncomfortable with the male.. I felt as I was toss from one person to the other. I was very unhappy of the way I was handled and even his unprofessional handling ofmy hands. It's been eight days since I had the powder dipping manicure done (only 8 days later) as you can see in the photographs these are the results as of today. First my middle finger's nail broke and today my small fingers nail broke. Look at my ring finger and you can see the dipping has begun to fall apart at the cuticle area. Very unprofessional looking manicure after only 8 days. That has never happened before as long as I have been using powdered dipping that normally lasts up to a month. If I could give zero star for performance and experience I would. This is not a professional spa at least not for powder dipping! I will never step a foot in this Nails Spa! read more

I read reviews of many salons within several miles and settled on Today's Nail Spa, partly due to the comments on sterility and having no negative reviews on Yelp. John was indeed all the reviews said...and more. He is nice and communicative, but not too chatty. He clearly wants to use his knowledge to help clients as he shared a few acupressure techniques during my pedicure to help with some muscle and post op numbness I've been having. All said, the experience was excellent. I had the pleasure of meeting his daughter, Oanh, and she is a delightful and accomplished young lady. I love a family-run nail spa. Cleanliness, friendliness, hospitality (offered coffee, tea, soft drinks, water), and an excellent dip manicure and pedicure. I would highly recommend choosing this spa and will return. read more

I wanted to try a new nail salon today so I tried out Todays Nail Spa as it was near where I was doing errands. I was worked on by a visitor to the spa, an unlicensed nail technician, and then charged full price. The woman was gentle while scrubbing my legs and was pretty good with the massage, but she had no experience, and freely admitted it. The unlicensed woman worked on my cuticles and barely scrubbed my callouses with the pumice stone. Finally, after almost 1 hour, another nail technician came over to paint my toes and the woman went to attend to other people. The regular technician that was sitting nearby kept asking me if I was nervous, which I wasn't, just surprised that this woman was allowed to fill in because they were too busy. When told I owed the regular price of $32 I said I did not think it was worth that much but the man just stared at me - no coupon for a future visit, no apology, no discount. I could have done a better job at home on my own If a salon is too busy to assign a professional, they should tell you so and ask you to come back later. Also, I will no longer do a drop-in appointment but schedule one with a more professional nail salon. read more

I have been going to Today's Nails for a few years during the months that I've been in Naples. Last week, I was very disappointed. Both my acrylic fill-in and pedicure were done in record speed, but roughly. Three cutcicles were bleeding and continued to bleed off and on for a few days. During the pedicure, my leg was picked up and swung around which he and another employee and a customer though was funny. I thought it was embarrassing and totally inappropriate. It was also the most rough and painful pedicure I have ever had! I will not be returning to this establishment. read more
