Overall I believe I got a fair deal. However, what surprised me was the used car 'inspection/check'. This is typical where they check brakes, lights, horn, etc. Right? Asked the sales rep if an inspection/check was done and he said yeah, we found a tire sensor monitor bad and replace. Ok, then why did they not find the following?!: 1. Horn did not work. 2. No spare donut tire. 3. No splash guard and front end damage. 4. Rear light broken. We have owned our SUV for less than 1 year. Purchased in March of 2023. While I'm aware that buying a used vehicle it is best to plan for some thing here and there. The work that was offered as complete at the time of sale was not completed and had to be put back in the shop for 2 weeks to have those honored because they were not. It was a total amount of 1000$ in work. In November out water pump had to be replaced, and we are aware this is a common issue with the car. The vehicle is in the shop again for recalls that had never been taken care of, but we had asked that the dealer please check the code for the check engine light. They found that the car had not had a spark plug tune up, the control arms and bushings are all bad, and the struts are all bad. the O2 sensors, canister purge valve, spark plugs and cat converter are also all bad. These are things that all should have been looked over and to the point they are now should have never been through inspection at Sarchione. I will say our salesman, was wonderful. And it is truly a shame that the Service team has ruined the whole experience of buying at Sarchione. Knowing that they continue to buy up dealerships with their recent purchase of Charles Chevrolet in Garrettsville. Perhaps pausing on the quantity of dealerships we can own in Ohio, and focusing on the quality that is leaving the ones we currently own should be at the top of the priority list for the company. read more

Worst experience dealing with an Auto Dealership in 22 years. Found a vehicle online and sent an email regarding my interest. Correspondence was made on a Monday morning between myself and an employee named Dane. I emailed him pictures of my trade and he gave me a value over the phone. Next I was transferred to the Finance department. My credit application was taken over the phone, and I was pre approved for the best rates available. Dane explained to me that the vehicle, a 2015 Red Chevy Tahoe LTZ, was just driven in the Hall of Fame induction parade (right) by Jerome Bettis and that he was going to have it detailed (as if it already wasn't) for me to see. I agreed to drive from Erie, PA to Randolph, OH to negotiate the purchase of the SUV. This is a 120 mile drive taking approximately 2 hours one way. I contacted Dane at 4pm and told him I would be there around 6pm At 5:45pm, an hour and forty five minutes into my drive, Dane contacted me. He told me that he was sorry, but another employee had sold the vehicle! I reminded him that not only had he assured me that the vehicle was there at 4pm, but also I was already approved for financing! He agreed there was zero communication at the dealership and apologized. I attempted to speak to the owner of this sorry excuse of a dealership, John, but was left on hold for the better part of 20 minutes (speaker phone while driving so I didn't care). Bottom line, these people are snakes. Chevrolet should be ashamed to have Sarchione Chevrolet represent their quality and values toward customer service. I guess people from out of state aren't welcome in their facility; I certainly wasn't given any consideration for my time or willingness to shop out of state. Just beware, Dane and his fellow coworkers unfortunately exemplify the stereotype that most auto salespeople are fast talking, lying, unintelligent slicksters. By far the biggest truck selection you'll find anywhere in northeast Ohio. Laid back, no pressure environment. I got more than a fair deal. To be honest I worked at a dealership that didn't offer a new truck. Considered an SUV from my place of employment, then went to Sarchione. They offered me thousands more than my own employer did on my trade, put me in more expensive vehicle than I was looking at at my work and a cheaper monthly payment. I purchased my 2015 Crew Cab Silverado 2500HD Duramax LTZ with salesman Steve (awesome and honest) in July. I drove past several dealerships on my way to Randolph from Medina, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. This was hands down the easiest car buying experience of my entire life, and I tend to buy a new vehicle every 2-4 years (been driving for 22 years; you do the math). I was greeted upon entering the door, the owner himself evaluated my trade and made me a fair offer right from the start; which he later improved upon. He personally thanked me for my business. Every other dealership I've ever been to, the owner is NO WHERE to be found. This guy is running all over the dealership. Awesome. I was in and out the door in about 2 or 3 hours. Carly spent 30 minutes or more in the truck with me explaining what every single button did, and she was awesome. As long as I am in this area, Sarchione will have every purchase I make. read more

My wife leased our 2016 Silverado 1500 LTZ from Sarchiones and we loved the dealership! Our sales manager, Ryan Oprandi was phenomenal!! He really knew how to find the right vehicle for our needs and the budget we wanted, he even bought us lunch!! Lol com'on who does that anymore?? Lol We were able to test drive vehicles ourselves and talk openly about the drive. We never felt we were pressured into the sale by anyone during our visit and everyone at the dealership were very pleasant to us. Overall, it was nice to deal with a business establishment who we felt cared about keeping their customers happy. We will be back. read more

I went to Sarchione to look at a 2010 Chevy Colorado. Everything went well and they informed me that it passed a multi-point inspection. It had 99K miles so I bought it just around KBB price. It was a fair deal. The next week, I took it to get the oil changed and they informed me that the truck has a cracked valve cover and would be a $900 fix. I called Sarchione and they told me, "Sorry, it was sold as is." They wouldn't help me at all even though they sold me a vehicle with problems right off the lot. I will NEVER go back to this dealer and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP unless you want some sort of hidden expense to show up the week after your purchase. We purchased a used 2011 GMC Terrain that was advertised as having Bluetooth by both the salesman and what was listed in their online advertisement/sales post on their website. This is the same add the salesman pulled up and I even specifically asked about Bluetooth capability. We went up in what WE wanted to spend in our price range thinking it had these features and we would not have to pay to install something that would give me the Bluetooth capability. That is the ONLY reason why we made the deal. We came back the next day to finish the deal and sign the papers, of course, they didn't bring the car out until after we were done, and before we leave we find out it doesn't have Bluetooth. After we got home we pulled the add back up and it does list BOTH Bluetooth and hands-free calling(OnStar). We contacted them hoping they would make the situation right, and all we got was "sorry for your luck..." literally the salesman response was "well it does have hands-free through OnStar..." That is complete false advertisement, and with as much business as this dealership does I'm shocked at how they handled this. For the record, under the seller's notes, it was in all caps "BLUETOOTH" and then again in the listing said it had BOTH Bluetooth and On-star Hands-Free calling... NOT just hands-free calling, and NO they are not the same. Their response was they would not make it right in any way nor would they take the car back. I would make sure that you getting what they said you were getting before signing or paying for anything because they don't think anything is wrong with lying to their customers or misleading them. read more

Sooo I was looking to lease a new 2017 Silverado recently from this dealership. All I can says check , check, check the figures they throw out at you. The truck was 45,000 dollars, with rebates of 11,000 dollars from Chevrolet. When i asked the selling price, it was 43,000. I asked for clarification and i couldn't get a straight answer as to how 45-11=43. After some back and forth, a sales manager told me first, and I quote" Don't believe those ads on TV about rebates, discounts and pricing and two, you have top remember that there is a leasing fee. I said, let meet this straight, GM lies on TV and on what planet is the leasing fee 8,000 dollars. Needless to say, I would rather ride a horse than buy from this dealership. I hope that these men and women can look themselves in the mirror everyday knowing the dishonesty and lies that they speak everyday. My favorite being of course, if we discounted this vehicle any more, we would be losing money. I am all for capitalism and making money but there is a point when it is flat unethical. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! SCAMMERS!!! read more
