Oil all over my engine etc. Took the car back complaining about a burnt smell when using the defroster, they said my engine gasket bracket, the gaskets were old/broken I guess. I'm more than a month in and the smell is still there...took the car back in after sending a review to corporate. They then said the air filters need replaced, and this after spending over $1200, I'm still sitting with their problem. I've been a customer with this store for the last 8 years, they won't see me ever again. I've given them business for a long time.

Two different repair shops cited these issues as common things that can be damaged during a starter motor replacement. During repair they messed up my knock sensor and then quoted me $200 more than the dealer did to replace it a second time as the one they put in was not installed correctly. Shady operation they either never did the brakes the first encounter or lied to us the second encounter. Once we called them out on this they became very nervous contacted the manager on the phone in back room and refunded our money for the brakes. I will never go back they are running a scam. I am 66 years old and this is the first complaint on any business I have ever posted that's how upset I am. I will be contacting the BBB and posting on all social media accounts how corrupt this place is. Please don't use them!

Progressive told me to tow it to Marhoffer Collision. They replaced arm, tie rod, gimpy cracked part of the inner wheel. Replaced the entire wheel, tire, damaged lines. And Progressive paid for a loaner . 4 days later my car was done well, and right. Now Mike gave me honest advice. He said my car was rotting out and i should get my car to not pass the emissions testing, so i would only have to pay $.300.00 to fix my problem.
