Do NOT go here unless you want to leave disappointed…read more I went in at 8:00 PM on Thursday for an acrylic fill and pedicure, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had. My nail tech, Angela, was friendly and nice to talk to, but the entire appointment was spent listening to stories about her personal life, which felt very unprofessional. She was also very convincing when talking about how this salon takes extra time to make sure every client leaves happy with perfect nails. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. I ended up canceling my pedicure because my acrylic fill alone took almost THREE HOURS. Throughout the service, my fingers were constantly being pulled and twisted around, leaving them sore afterward. Even worse, she repeatedly filed into my skin, causing multiple cuts that actually bled. When I pointed it out, she said she was going to clean them with alcohol so they wouldn't be swollen or red the next day. The alcohol burned terribly on the open cuts. The finished nails look awful. My cuticles weren't even cleaned up, there is acrylic all around them, and the overall work honestly looks like it was done by a beginner. It certainly does not look professional. At checkout, I mentioned the cuts and bleeding and had to ASK for a discount. They only took $8 off the service and then asked if I was okay. I still left a tip because Angela was kind, but kindness doesn't make up for poor workmanship. I later called and spoke with the owner, hoping they would take responsibility. Instead, I was told to come back and they would take care of my next visit. Come back? After leaving with bleeding fingers and a terrible set of nails? Absolutely not. I don't have anything personal against Angela, but based on the quality of work I received, I genuinely do not believe nails are her profession. No customer deserves to be promised perfect work and then leave with cuts, pain, and nails that look unfinished. Save your money. Wait for a reputable nail salon. This place is not worth it.

From far away the nails look decent, but up close you can see the fill line ( where my old acrylic meets the new acrylic), gel flooding some of the cuticles, jagged edges, and when I went to pay my total was $120 (including my daughters mani/pedi which was $65) and paid cash. I asked the woman to break a $20 for me so I could leave a tip and she gave me $15 to which I told her my total was $120. I ended up letting her keep the $5 as a tip but it rubbed me the wrong way regardless. Quick service but poor quality.

The manager requested I pay cash only since the fee was $7.00 and they charge a $1.00 to use the credit card machine. I happen to have cash on me so this worked out fine. The salon is small since it is in a Wal-Mart. Though this does not stop them from performing a variety of services. They have more polish colors and nail tips designs than any other nail salon I have ever seen. Matter of fact you like long, short, round, square, claw or whatever they can do it. My polish change was quick and easy. Very perfect as the stylist shaped my nails before polishing them up. Very friendly staff. I will try them again in the future.

The artists are talented but seem overworked and pressured to upsell. Their prices are not transparent, and they are constantly upcharging without getting proper consent. They will simply hold up something and say "Yes?" or "Ok?". I'm hard of hearing and accidentally agreed to a few up charges this way. I was sold a "crystal hair remover" for $15 that is clearly drop shipped from alibaba or a similar site. It made my skin bleed when used at home as they gave no instructions on how to use. They were VERY forceful about selling it and would not take a simple no. I got a gel mani and pedi. I looked at their website and am unable to determine what I even got because none of them match my experience. The recharge combo is the closest one ($99 plus $30 for my french tips) but I did not receive "collagen gloves" or "collagen-infused socks" as advertised. Finally, the tech cured gel polish on my skin. I told her it was there and she continued to do so, which creates a risk for gel allergy to develop. Plus the polish is chipping 3 days later. I have no problem paying premium prices (I regularly pay over $150+ at nail salons) but I expect things like 1) no upselling & alibaba products, 2) transparent pricing, and 3) good workmanship that lasts longer than 3 days.
