So I get here the guy puts me in the sit for my pedicure. I'm sitting there for about 20mins while two people work on one person and one lady sits on her butt! That lady winds up being the one who did my pedicure after another client came in for service! She finally got up and came to start working on me. I see why they have only three stars on Yelp! This place has poor customer service! I normally tip! Especially if I get good service but most of the time because I know these people have to work with the public all day with little to no appreciation! Worse experience at a nail salon. The taller lady rolled her eyes and gave mean looks the whole time during the service. It was not busy at all. If they hurt you during a service, they don't care they just keep doing the same thing that hurt you. One nail is shorter than the rest and I did not come in with bad nails. The paint is regular. I came in for a full set of acrylics and left with some of the worst nails. I wanted to get them done with a friend who couldn't believe my nails when she saw them. I know the price is intriguing but omg I can't believe I have to wear these nails. The nails are painted so bad I think I should just take it off. I also got a pedicure which was okay. This place is horrible!! Went with my mom to get a gel refill and when we walk in the place is dirty. The walls have stains on them and their tools look disgusting. They did horrible on our nails. While they were filing they we super rough. I have a high tolerance for pain and even for me it hurt. Both of our ladies made our nails super thick which we asked not to have. The end results of my nail is just absolutely disappointing. The top and side of my nails are bumpy and not smooth, they are thick, I received a cut (from the rough filing). I would NEVER recommend this to anyone!!!!!! read more

First time at this nail salon about 3 weeks ago (I know I'm reviewing late). Anyways kinda found this place randomly as I needed a fill because the last salon I went to did a horrible job. I'm very picky with salons because I have weak hand movements and they often freezes up due to my disability. I had an appointment at 2:15 but was not taken back for close to an hour, this is the only thing that I was frustrated with. The lady that ended up doing my nails was either the manager or owner, she did an amazing job and did exactly what I had asked for(gel polish, rounded-square shape, and cutting around the cuticles). She was very gentle with my hands and nails and was very gentle with the drill and file. The price for a fill was $25. Highly recommend. Costumer service was excellent and the girl actually had a conversation with me. read more

I hate leaving a negative review but hey it happens sometimes , came in because I am a nail connoisseur and LOVE getting my nails done. I found them on Instagram and was impressed with their work so I figured I'll give them a try, called ahead and said I'd like a full set, they woman on the phone said 30mim which was perfect because I hadn't left my house yet. Came in about 10 early and waited about 5 min to get a nail tech, the woman who was going to do my nails seemed like she didn't get what I wanted, even though I showed her a picture of what they posted on THEIR INSTAGRAM PAGE. It gets better folks A customer that was getting a pedicure was like "oh I wanted my nails done too" The nail tech jumped up to do her nails and left me there, I get she was "there first" but she sat me down already. NEVER RETURNING AGAIN!! Oh and also I showed them a design they had in salon and she said they couldn't do that... like ummm... why showcase something you can't do. read more

So glad they offer sns / dip nails, I am allergic to acrylic , and they had a pretty good color selection for sns / dip , price is pretty normal ,took time on my nails didn't rush. Place is pretty small n can get busy but really nice work n service was great read more

The nail polish was sloppy and it looked as if it was rushed. It took longer than an hour for it to look carelessly done.
