What makes this even worse is that she had no accurate information about the listing. After speaking directly with the owner, I was told details that completely contradicted what Sylvia had been telling me. It's shocking that someone responsible for dealing with customers can be so uninformed while confidently giving out incorrect information. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disrespectful attitude made this an incredibly frustrating experience. If Sylvia is the face of the business, it's no surprise customers leave with a negative impression. Without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

All of the issues in the unit and building continue to exist and will likely be sold to prospective renters without disclosure. Everything is available as LA County Dept. Public Health or Burbank Code Enforcement public record. While the company owner failed to maintain the implied warranty of habitability, he did raise rent by $300, introduce a $35 fee for online transactions, charge for estimated water usage, add chargebacks for repairs and ultimately evict me from the property. The property. 3610 W. Chandler Blvd. Unit #A, remains in a state of uninhabitability currently. The company presents itself as corporate professionalism, but it's just a sole-proprietor with a high-turnover staff that's incompetent on its best day. The conditions pictured still exist. The parking spaces are also very tight and small. If you park at the top, there is a very high likelihood that your car will get dinged.
