Customer service not so great but food is awesome! Food court in the mall and also a few reasonable combos ,, I love the bento box but end up getting just the Cali rolls and chicken dumplings

I mean for cheap mall food, it's good. I stick to the rolls, but it's only good WHEN THEY GET THE ORDER RIGHT. i order without avocado all the time, but it somehow ends up in my rolls all the time.

Bad customer service, ask for eel sauce to go and they gave it to me with no lid, they wanted me to charge extra for it to put it on a different cup with lid. Unreal if I'm paying for the food the least thing the can do is serve the food properly.

Nastiest shit I've ever had!! Then they have the nerve to charge $10. The noodles were so plain and the teriyaki chicken and shrimp was not sweet and it tasted like the grill has not been cleaned all day. I was extremely disappointed. NEVER EAT HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would

It's always a positive experience! Everything is fresh. Juan Carlos prepares the sushi and he's amazing! I can see him as a sushi chef in a fancy Japanese Restaurant, and I hope he spreads his wings soon and flies. Till then, all of us customers are fortunate to have him here. Additionally, the place is clean and the food is moderately priced. There is a great selection of rolls, sides and beverages. It's about the best choice in the Coral Square food court and I'll keep coming back for more!

Quick, easy, consistent and convenient. Located in the center of the foodcourt and won't be missed. Super clean and food is very well priced for the huge portion that you get. Made fresh to order and super delicious.

I dragged my boyfriend to the mall on a Sunday afternoon because I had some coupons to use, and of course he needed a treat and started complaining that he was starving about a half hour into the trip...I was hungry too, but I normally would just wait until I got home. I honestly had no idea this mall had a food court before this, and I probably haven't eaten in a mall food court since 1999. I surveyed this options and decided on Sarku Japan, a stir fry like place that makes your food to order on a giant hibatchi like grill. I ordered the vegetarian soba noodles. With a bottle of water my total was ~$5. I proceeded down the assembly line and got the the end where I picked up my to go box of noodles and veggies. I was surprised how large the portion was especially for the price, and there were tons of fresh veggies making a bed for a giant pile of perfectly cooked soba noodles. I enjoyed it and it felt somewhat healthy with all the veggies, and wasn't greasy at all. I would love if there were a place like this close to where I work, but now I know the Coral Square Mall actually does have a food court, and some decent options at that.

It was about 30 minutes from my hotel and I arrived around 730 on Saturday. I was greeted by a friendly host. I asked for the hibachi table and waited about 5 minutes for it to be ready. I sat with a small group. I ordered the steak and shrimp with fried rice (about 29 dollars). The included soup and salad came first, but then the chef came pretty quickly. The onion soup was fine with the mushrooms, and the salad was decent with the ginger dressing. The chef prepared the rice and noodles first. The rice was pretty flavorful with the garlic, but the noodles were thin and just flavored with soy sauce. The steak came next and was correctly prepared to my rare temperature. It was tender enough and a little juicy, and nicely portioned. The shrimp came last as one guest was allergic to it. There were about 8 or 9 pieces, which included 2 for appetizer. They were plump and good, but only flavored with soy sauce. At last the garlic they added made it better. I was able to save a little shrimp and rice to go, and the food was filling as well. The service was friendly and quick. The dining area was very small with maybe 5 hibachi tables max and a couple regular tables. It was pretty quiet even with the small crowd. There was no music either, and not even much sizzling from the hibachi either. My biggest gripe was that there wasn't much entertainment from the cooking. No utensil acrobatics, no flipping of the eggs, not even an onion volcano. Just a quick fire during the start and a bit of humor as well. I guess Kobe in Orlando spoils me with their awesome antics. Overall, this place was more of a 3.75 (B-), but rounding up to 4. Food was fine, service was good, but I wish it was more entertaining. For the price paid, it was worth the trip. However, next time I might go somewhere closer to my hotel, or pay lots of $$$ for a bit more entertainment at Benihanas.

The steak was chewy and definitely not filet minon. The entire meal seemed to have Indian spices used in it, which is a flavor I don't like, especially when getting Japanese.
