I have been wanting to try this restaurant for many years, and a few weeks ago I had the chance to have lunch here with my girlfriend. We both ordered off of the lunch menu. I went with a combo (A), that included grilled teriyaki chicken, stir-fried noodles, three steamed shrimp shumai, a spring roll and some rice. I wanted to try a few things so the combo meal was a great way to do this. On the high end of the lunch specials, at $22, I think the prices are more than fair. In fact, I would order this meal again. The chicken was absolutely delicious. The dining room is nicely decorated with a semi- open kitchen. Outside seating is available on the patio. I'd been here several times before, but it's now been a few years. When my friend said she had errands to do in Margate and wanted to meet up for lunch, I suggested this restaurant. It turned out to be a good choice. The restaurant is located on the west side of 441/SR7. It's been here for quite a few years. There's convenient parking right outside the free standing building. The menu offers a number of lunch combos (and for dinner also for a few dollars more). The meals come with a crispy spring roll and a choice of rice. I had their cashew chicken. It was a mix of Chinese vegetables, white meat chicken, and a lot of cashews. I chose brown rice with my meal. The crispy spring roll -- not usually something I like -- was good with its sweet dipping sauce. My friend had "Combo A" which was delivered in a bento box. It had: grilled chicken teriyaki, a crisp spring roll, stir fried noodles, shrimp shumai, and steamed white rice. The portion was so large that she had enough leftovers for dinner, as well. This was a take out order. We really love this place for Thai takeout. We got the Osaka tuna stack, the tuna kasai roll, edamame, chicken massaman curry, garlic pepper chicken, and the garden vegetables with chicken. The way they prepare the chicken is so tender and delicious, they shave it thin. I love the flavor of the massaman curry and I highly recommend! Great portions too! Customer service is not a priority here. I asked to replace shrimp with a different fish for the sushi roll that I wanted because I'm allergic to shellfish. They demanded an up-charge for any changes even though it would cost them less. I ended up ordering a different roll. It's disappointing their food all has some type of fish sauce or oyster sauce since I'm vegetarian... but I love their veggie sushi roll, avocado roll, and when I get the veggie roll tofu only, where it's the inari tofu skin. I've been coming here for years. For dinning in and take out. Food is great. But after my last take out experience I won't be back for take out for a very long time. The hostess that always says "I appreciate you". Sent me over the edge after putting money in the tip jar I asked for extra wasabi ginger and one more eel sauce. She says it's 50 cents for each so a dollar and 50 cents. I could not believe it I've never been charged extra for simple items like this. I had to go back out to my car to get the money. I wanted so badly to grab the money I just put in the tip jar to pay for it. I was furious!!! Ask yourself do you want to lose customers over $1.50?!?!?!?. I ended up paying $33 cash for yukuza roll and the mushroom cream chicken soup. Absolutely ridiculous!! I waited 20 min for my order which is fine but don't say it's 2 minutes then tell me to sit down then say I appreciate you. It's so very fake I was even contemplating getting a glass of wine while I waited. But to tell me to sit down like I was annoying her by standing. I would have spent more money on drinks. Maybe train the hostesses better you would make more money. Now I won't be back for another 4 to 6 months. And yes I've sent a lot people there over the years. We called for takeout 45min before the restaurant closed and enjoyed a delicious dinner. My bf and I were having a salmon craving and we understand the chef chooses a combination of different fish for the sushi/sashimi combos. We took a leap and asked if they would make an accommodation this time to have it all salmon. They did! It was completely worth the extra fee that we paid to have all salmon to satisfy our cravings. Everything tasted delicious and the pieces were a good size. I thought the sunomomo was only going to be pickled cucumbers but it actually contained an assortment of seafood which was fun since they all have different textures. I've recommended this restaurant to write a few people, I even give them props while doing my syndicated radio show. Last night, after finishing an event I decided to pick up a dish of red curry with chicken on my way home. The word DISAPPOINTMENT doesn't even begin to describe how I felt when I got home and settled downto eat at almost midnight. I got a few pieces of chicken and a WHOLE container of bamboo shoots. I am visiting relatives for the weekend in Florida and we went to Jasmine Thai and Sushi for dinner tonight. The ambiance is very casual and elegant for a Thai and Sushi restaurant, but I liked it and it definitely felt like a warm vibe was occuring in the restaurant. Our server greeted us right away and took our order. I was not able to get the server's name, but he was very professional and did an excellent job taking care of us with our orders. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and it was excellent! The texture of the noodles was just right and the chicken was cooked perfectly. There were a couple cabbage spring rolls that looked like bread when I first observed them on the plate ,but I tasted it and it was delicious!! The texture of the spring rolls was terrific. Jasmine Thai and Sushi appears to be a great thai place and the sushi looks amazing! My Aunt and cousin split the monster roll sushi platter. The presentation was incredible and looked amazing. It is too bad I do not live in Coconut Creek, because I would frequent this place on a regular basis. I can see why my Aunt and cousin love Jasmine Thai and Sushi so much. They love Asian food and Chinese food, and this is on top of favorite restaurants in the area. What a great place for dinner! Wonton Soup: 6.2/10 - This was just ok. I wouldn't get it again. Tuna Karai Roll: 7.8 - It's a great roll, the only issue is I ordered the Yakuza Roll. However I still liked the Tuna Karai Roll quite a bit. Good taste. Custom Salmon California Roll: I asked for kimchi sauce on the roll and no cucumber. It was very good. For this roll the rice was not pre-soaked in the water so it fell apart as I was eating it. Either way I love the vibe inside Jasmine, and can't wait to take my wife here and order more! It was our first time here and the parking lot was a bit overwhelming. We definitely felt good knowing that there was a lot of folks coming here for the Sushi. I have always liked this restaurant and the food. Something did happen that I was not in agreement with. While they do have a sign up front that says they charge 4% on purchases with a card. Most places do not charge on a debit card as they are not charged a service fee. Out table split the bill and paid half cash and half debit card. They not only charged me the 4% on a debit card but charged me the 4% of the total bill. Even the half that was paid with cash. While it was only a relatively small amount. It is the principal that you would still add the charge to a cash purchase. I did bring it up to the manager. I did not ask for anything to be refunded but said they need to rethink this procedure. read more

The service unobtrusive and friendly. The food could be hotter, depending on the dish. The duck can be fine or occasionally greasy. Absolutely delicious and fabulous service! My fiancé and I were seated right away for dinner and the host and waitress were both so kind. There was a fair amount of seating inside but it could definitely get packed quickly. There is a parking lot right behind the restaurant and it looks small but has a good amount of parking. The restaurant itself looks like it has been updated and it's very clean, modern, and welcoming. The menu has so many options to choose from that it took me a while to order. We started out with the Hamachi Torch roll as an app. The Hamachi was fresh and so yummy! I could've eaten a plate of just Hamachi sashimi. It had a nice kick to it. Very light. My fiancé had the pad keemao with beef and it was a great portion. Large rice noodles and the beef made him extremely happy with his meal. I thought it was good and very fresh, especially with the basil. I had the pad woonsen with chicken and it was spectacular. Exactly what I was looking for. I was in-between ordering this or the pad Thai and our waitress suggested she loves the pad woonsen. I said say less that's exactly what I will have. The clear noodles sold me the most, as I love the texture, and sauces/marinades pair really well with them usually. Both meals came with spring rolls and a delicious dipping sauce. We dine-in on a Thursday night, was not to busy we got seated right away. Very open space and they have a cute out door seating area. We ordered the Tom kha, the lemongrass coconut milk soup. My sister said it was really good. If you like something creamy, totally recommend this as an appetizer. We ordered pad Thais chicken, it was too sweet for me, but the portion was good and it came with a spring roll. We also got the sex on the moon, the room was made very nicely and it taste good. The only downside was that they drenched it in sauce so the flavor of the roll was taken away by the sauce. Other than that it was good. I recommend to ask for light sauce or sauce on the side.
