Jason came out the next day and got right to work disassembling the fridge. He determined the problem (blown thermostat,) told me the plan and quoted a price. He told me that he could order the part (from Frigidaire) and it would arrive two days later, and he could finish up. My wife asked if she could get the part on Amazon, and he said sure, why not? So we got it overnight, and saved about $75! (the part cost $15 on Amazon.) Jason put the whole fridge back together and said it would work, but it wasn't fixed completely because it till needs the thermostat. But meanwhile we had the use of our fridge back. He came back the next day and finished up. Perfect work! I am thrilled with the job he did; I really like that he was so straight up about the cost. He quoted me a price and stuck to it.. He gave me an option to save some money (ordering my own part.) There was no upselling, not hidden costs, no games at all! Just good solid craftmanship. I wish there were something more positive about our experience with this company. I will say the…read morerepairman was friendly and was patient with my father, who wanted to be close by in case he could learn something about what went wrong with our dryer. (He is almost 93 years old!) The repair was very simple, and then the repairman left without ever reattaching the vent hose back to the dryer!!! So at 8 pm that night, we were stuck with a dryer we still couldn't use and now 2 loads of wet laundry! Called them at 8 pm and asked them to put us as a higher priority the next morning for him to just come fix this for us so we could dry our bedding and clothing. They did not. They gave us a 4-hr window in the afternoon. $250 and he didn't reattach the vent hose?! I'll never use this company's services again.
