We popped in at about 11 a.m. on a Saturday and they still had selection and folks were popping in after us. West Side, Hi-Low, City or Johnston's, they all have great buns! Maybe I lean a little towards Hi-Low, but only by a crumb. I have to say West Side buns are very close! What West Side has going for it, is some of its other fresh bakery.... Peanuts Squares are to die for! I also love how quaint and old timey this cute little neighborhood bakery is. When a "regular" came in, she knew him by name and what he was there for.... Almost like Norm on Cheers, only with danishes instead of beer! Love these neighborhood bakeries in Sheboygan.
