That made my son sad when he broke it open when we got home to find it full of green. They are made in MI so we lost the 'local' feel on that this round.

Muenster is my favorite cheese and butter is far less common to find as a condiment than mayo is at sub/sandwich shops, so I was glad to see both of those were options. I feel like I got a fair amount of turkey and roast beef too. The Sweet Summertime (butter, summer sausage, Colby, and lettuce on wheat bread) sounds awesome, so I'll try that next time. The store isn't super huge, but they manage to have a large selection of cheese to choose from as well as some dry goods and a refrigerator with cheese curds, string cheese, and summer sausage. They do have some sliced meat for sale, but most of the main display case is cheese. A single standing freezer contains a nice selection of locally made brats. The room is decorated and bright, and felt like a great spot to stop on a Saturday afternoon. It's a nice change of pace from the usually-crowded bars through downtown Cedarburg. You should be aware that the tasting room apparently can't serve charcuterie boards themselves because of the class of license (maybe no food service cert.) but they're happy to help you enjoy any of the cheeses you purchased in the store and offer you some wine(s) to accompany them. The bartender graciously offered us some crackers to go with the plate and we were able to put together a satisfying little wine tasting experience! The one thing I would like to see is a few more wines on offer for the wine flights; at the time, they were a bit heavy on sweet white wines, which is just not my taste but may be popular in the area.
