They left excess fascia and other supplies that they had bought for the job and had not used so I would have it available if we needed it in the future. Of the three quotes I got, they were the least expensive and their quote came with a six page contract spelling out the materials to be used, the work to be done and the warranty. They used high quality materials and they are factory authorized installers backed by the shingle company. It took them less than two days to strip off the old roof and to install the new one (all of it in 100+ degree weather) on a 2000 sq/ft, 2-story house. Their crew was friendly, did excellent work and left the place spotless. They also seemed to really care about their crew and their safety. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needed a roofing company.

His estimate came in hundreds cheaper than the others and he is so professional. I know nothing about construction / renovations and he was able to walk me through every step of the way and tell me his recommendations, which was very helpful. He is very friendly and took great care to keep my home clean and stayed in contact very well (always returned my texts, showed up when he said he would, and was just generally a nice person who knows his craft). I cannot recommend Joseph enough and I will 100% call him for future projects around the home. Do yourself a favor and save time and money and give him a call - you will be glad you did!
