I was greeted as I came into the store, and immediately noticed the huge selection of different brands and numbers of shoes along the far wall in the fitting area. Matt was an excellent employee who sized my feet using a pretty cool 3-D imaging machine that I had to stand on for about 5 seconds. The information was then sent to his handheld computer and, voila, it showed a 3-D view of my feet and a recommendation of shoe size taking into account length, width, and arch - pretty cool! Matt brought out 3 different brands of shoes for me to try on - Saucony, Karhu, and Brooks. Of the 3, I ended up buying the Brooks (Glycerin 23). They fit perfectly and it felt like I was walking on air. To be honest, I've always been a Brooks fan over the years and this shoe just reinforced my perception of what a great shoe they make. The price for these is on the upper side of the market (just under $200 with tax), but actually pretty competitive with other stores. Their store is located in the Bell Tower shopping mall and perpendicular across from Burntwood Tavern. They are locally owned and they expressed their appreciation for me shopping with them. If you're in need of a good pair of walking, hiking, or running shoes I recommend you check them out!

This company allowed fraud on my credit card of over $500 and there's a package of shoes at my…read morehouse that I did not order and now I have to return them because even worse my credit card allowed the fraud to go through and it is not refunding me because it's a debit card and even worse it's my life insurance for my husband Passing away two years ago so lesson learned do not allow your life insurance to issue a debit card only a credit card because a debit card is not reliable to give you a credit back. If you have fraud on your account which is rampant these days I've had fraud twice in the past week. The thief ordered one pair of shoes and had them sent to my house and then ordered a bunch of gift cards so they could sell them and make money. You think Clarks would've caught onto that and stopped the order. I even called Clarks and told them not to send the gift cards It was fraud and they told me that I needed to call somebody else. I found two pair that I was trying on but because they were new and "stiff" I was having some difficulty. One of the staff, Troy, saw my problem and stopped to offer his assistance. When he saw what style of shoe I was interested in he went to the open display rack, found my size and brought them to me to see if I found them appealing. The bottom line is that because of his interest in helping me, the store made a sale and I am pleased with my new shoes and the service at Clarks.
