Was only gone for less than a minute and the employee helping me disappeared. Another employee was helping a customer at the front desk. I was pressed for time waiting for help. Saw two other employees stocking shelves. They can only help one customer at a time wtf? Small selection of windshield wipers and the mark up is ridiculous. I bought new wipers online no hassle. Brand new vehicle, catastrophic damage -- from an oil change. Even worse was the response: no urgency, no help with the tow, no rental assistance, and no reimbursement for missed work not even an offer to reimburse the god damn oil change that ruined her vehicle . We had to figure everything out ourselves while they dragged their feet. We didn't want to go the legal route we had hoped a business would just make things right but that is far from the case . An oil change should never turn into a blown motor. I wouldn't trust this shop with a lawnmower.
