It was 8:58 and as my 5yr old daughter was opening the door, the cashier name "Jamie" literally locked the door on my daughters face!! Making her cry because the way she was treated. There was still customers inside so I waited for her to open the door to let them out, when she did I told her that what she did was very rude and disrespectful!!! How could she close the door on a little girl like that!! She said rudely that they closed at 9pm!!! First of all, it was 8:58!! And all she needed to do was to say they were closed, I would of understand, but the way she closed the door on my daughter's face was unacceptable!! I asked for her last name and she refused to tell me, I asked for a 1800# to file a complaint and she refused to give it to me! I asked for a store number and also denied to have one.
