Sash was the first place I checked out, friendly staff. Mekayla didn't do anything drastic to my hair, which I really appreciated because I really just wanted a toner and get my roots fixed. Went to Sash for the first time last night because my boyfriend's sister works there. The salon itself is ADORABLE- So cute and chic! They've even got a coffee bar set up and a station where you can sample some of the products (which I've never seen before.) Lauren did a fantastic job on my ~virgin~ hair, and Robyn and Alexis were friendly and helpful as well. The girl who did my hair ( Tasha ) was super sweet but my hair was awful afterwards. I asked for a balayage and got, as my husband said, orange stripes. I asked for my hair to be re toned and it was STILL orange afterwards. I ended up calling back and asking for a refund. The person I spoke with on the phone told me that I should expect my refund at the end of the week. After not receiving a refund I called back. Apparently there was a paper I was supposed to come in and fill out. I told the girl on the phone that I wasn't able to come into the salon and asked if I could be emailed the paper work. She said she would get back to me with the answer but never did. I called a week later and was told that the owner would give me a call or be able to send the paper work. No one has gotten back to me or anything. I would honestly save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Wow. Lemme tell you about Miss Robyn, with her Deva Cut Certified skills. I have 4 children, 3 girls and a son. Only my 18 year old has curly hair and in the 18 years she's been born she's had 1 person who was able to cut her hair right in this state...until today. Miss Robyn asked for pictures and what we were thinking about before the appt. My daughter doesn't say too much, she's pretty introverted and has had it with me dragging her to stylists over the years to try to find a good one so it was up to me to try to explain what we were looking for. Trendy and short but still feminine. Miss Robyn listened and DELIVERED. After going 2 years without a cut because of the last bad stylist, My Mari's curls are once again bouncy and healthy and just beautiful. Sash you may be about a good 30 min drive to get to you but for stylists like Robyn who takes her time and achieves perfection for her customer I'd gladly drive 2 hours. Thank you thank you thank you. FINALLY someone who knows how to cut curly hair. This lady is a keeper and I can only pray my hubby tipped you accordingly. You performed a miracle today. Got a haircut from Lauren today at Sash Salon, Clarksville, TN. Last experience in 2020 was extremely nice but this time around (2022), I can't say the same. I made an appointment for an hour slot. She was multitasking. Started me 20 minutes late. Argued when I asked for a wet cut because I assume she didn't have time for it. Ripped through my hair while brushing, making more split ends than what she cut off. The haircut was admittedly straight in the back, when I checked it at home, but the face framing was jagged. Overall, the experience could have been better if she acknowledged her time and capabilities limitations. I don't recommend for the price. She is not worth $50 for 20 minutes. Especially if you have fine hair that doesn't hide flaws. read more

My family gets all hair services at Sash. The things I love the most: convenience of booking online, the beautiful decor, the water that is waiting for me when I arrive & being able to get a cup of coffee on the fly on my way out. I'm pretty busy these days so the location, location, location is perfect. I wouldn't trade my experience with Jessica for anything. She was careful to make sure she understood exactly what I liked & what I didn't like about my hair history during my initial consultation. I've never had a stylist be so thorough. Kristy is a gem. She loves Clarksville & wants to bring our community a top notch salon that our city can rely on for generations. Her vision is truly inspiring. Both my kids are picky, picky about getting their hair done. I've only heard how much they loved their results. My husband doesn't plan ahead very well so the fact that he can go to a salon (instead of a hair cut shop) as a walk in is an excellent feature that will keep him coming back. Thank you, Sash! Unprofessional. Worst cut of my life. Color was bad too but luckily that washes out. The cut will take years to grow out. A hassle to get a refund and was never fully reimbursed as promised. Will never return and will advice anyone I know to stay far away. read more
