After we agreed on a date and…read moretime to take engagement photos, I received a text message an hour and half before our appointment that she would not be able to make it due to family issues. Considering that I had taken the day off work and had to wake up pretty early since I was doing my own hair and makeup, I was pretty upset about having to push back the photos till later in the day. Ms. Tagle suggested we arrange to try to meet at 4 or 5 in the afternoon. It's SXSW weekend and getting hotter and hotter as the day progresses and she wants to meet downtown during the worst time possible, seriously?!? It didn't help matters that my fiancé had specifically taken the morning off and had to go into work at the time she wanted to reschedule. Thanks to modern technology, I found out through facebook Ms. Tagle had spent the night before at SXSW till early in the morning and had the audacity to post status updates on her whereabouts. In others words, she lied to me on why she wasn't able to make our appointment. I immediately canceled our appointment and requested she refund my deposit. Photographers are a dime a dozen in this town and Ms. Tagle caused me a lot of stress and unneeded anxiety during an already stressful time.
