I felt informed and confident in her professionalism. It was so easy conversing with her. She exudes good vibes, positive energy and has a very gentle caring nature. I felt like I was visiting with a good friend. She is dedicated to sterile practices, gave excellent aftercare instructions and supplied everything needed to promote healing and minimize any risk of infection. I anticipated the likelihood of swelling and a little pain. I tend to have increased inflammation as well as a low tolerance for pain. Much to my surprise I experienced no pain or swelling the day of, or the days following the procedure! It was equally amazing that the healing process was brief without any complications. My brows and eyeliner are even better than I had hoped for. Many people have said they thought my makeup was flawless and had no idea I had permanent makeup done. I love not having to use eyeliner or a pencil for my brows. I wake-up looking like I've already applied my makeup. I wash my face moisturize, use a little tinted lip gloss and I'm ready for the day.
